Although we didn't see any whales, the crew was amazing and very client oriented. The boat ride was very nice even though it rained. The captain and crew did their best to keep us warm and dry.

Arrived at the hotel 30 minutes before departure as indicated on my travel voucher. Was told that the boat had left. My reservations made through Viator gave me the wrong times. Viator never contacted me to tell me of a schedule change. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FOR US. This was our first and LAST time to book anything through VIATOR.
