Great trip. If you want anything to eat or drink- huge queues when we travelled. Victoria is absolutely beautiful. Great cafes along the harbour, lovely walks, entertainment. Could easily retire here!!

The ship is so comfortable! It is much easier and more comfortable than flying. Wish we could take it more places. Delightful few hours and the snacks were even edible. Easy baggage checking and retrieval at no extra cost.

Fantastic! The process and all the staff of the Victoria Clipper made it very easy to check-in luggage and board the boat. The boat itself is very comfortable and you can just sit back and enjoy the stunning scenery. The onboard services were also excellent a wide choice of food and drink at reasonable prices delivered to your seat by very helpful stewards if you so wish. I would definitely recommend this service.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip

The only criticism I would have for this trip is the sloe disembarkation. It took 50 minutes to leave the ship, collect luggage and go through customs for the second time.

We stayed within walking distance of the ferry terminal in Victoria. Getting on the ferry was simple and the trip was interesting especially heading into Seattle. Clam seas and plain sailing.

Very good uncomplicated journey staff at the terminals and onboard exceptionally helpful

The ferry itself was great ----- however Viator neglected to inform us of the schedule change and the 11:35 am ferry we thought we would be on didn't depart Victoria until 6 pm. A 6 1/2 hour wait was not fun! If your website doesn't inform passengers of changes then I will never use Viator again! Use the ferry service website

Well run, smooth sailing. Upon arrival in Seattle, had to stand in the sun while luggage was unloaded. Took a while. Just as well it was sun and not rain.

One of few options available for travellers going from Victoria to Seattle. Expect long queues. The actual time spent on water wasn't that long, between 3-4 hours. But the wait to get through customs and board, as well as disembark and get through security, was rather long.

Our first trip on the Victoria Clipper was great ! Comfortable seats, pleasant service staff, calm seas._br/_ The arrival process in Seattle was a little longish. Moving each container of luggage with a pallet jack seems inefficient.

I wish we could get right back on the boat TODAY! Great trip.

A very pleasant ferry ride back to Seattle, made even better by whale sightings en-route. The captain kindly cut the engines for a few minutes so passengers could watch these magnificent creatures. This ferry service is well-run, efficient, on-time and has great customer service.

Be prepared to arrive an hour early for customs and boarding. Book early to get an earlier boarding assignment similar to Southwest Airline's boarding procedure, if you want to sit with a companion/family member or near a window. They fill up FAST. The upper deck of the clipper had the best views and an open air deck, while the lower deck had the bathrooms and duty free shop.

I live in Victoria but am not a regular traveler on the ferry to Seattle. Having said that, it was a very comfortable trip and I would certainly recommend this ferry to visitors.

All well, even sighted a whale.
Review by: Kylie P, October 2015
Lack of availability of food and drinks was very average and disappointing. We were supposed to be in one of the first groups to board which would have allowed seats with a table but this did not happen. Very expensive for what you receive and I wouldn't use this service again. Better value for money on the BC Ferry's which we got from Tsswassen to Duke Point was much more enjoyable.

Efficient check in and boarding. Comfortable upper deck seating. Raining but could still see out of the windows. Quite a smooth ride considering the weather. No problems with immigration. Very happy to use the same again.

I was very disappointed. School bus transportation. Boat ok too many people on boat. People crowded on the front and it was hard to see it take pictures. Very little for money spent. Would not recommend
