I love the BC Royal Museum The museum itself is truly amazing and detailed with music sounds and effects, give yourself a good 3 hours because you dont want to miss anything. On a down note, the parking is not good, took about an hour to find parking as all the street parking has been changed to an hour, and only a small pay parking lot, we had to find a parkade 2 km just to park, so I recommend take a bus or plan your parking ahead of time.

Very well done exhibits. The ice age exhibit was great, the 3rd floor on Washington history wasn't very interesting to me personally, but the exhibit was also well done! Good place to visit for the afternoon.

One of the best museums I've ever visited. Modern. Friendly. Fascinating. Interactive. Say hey to Miles ragtime enthusiast in the BC History gallery. He'll be playing the piano at least at the time of this writing. Well worth the admission. You could spend several hours here. Really.

The museum was very interesting. I learned many new things during the trip. The reason I don't give 5 starts because there are so many rude chinese in there and they pushed people around so they can move it was annoying But overall, definitely recommended :

We were on limited time with a day trip to Victoria from Seattle, so only had time for a short visit. We spent a couple of hours at the museum and it was a pleasant surprise for a small venue. Well equipped with a surprising amount of artifacts and the docent's were especially friendly and informative. Next time we come it will most certainly be a stayover of at least 1 night so we can see more of the beautiful area.

Fabulous! We enjoyed this so much. We stayed at leas 4 hours and could have spent more time. I enjoyed seeing real Academy Award and Emmy statues, They also had some real gold medals. The staff was so nice and available.

The Royal BC Museum is well worth the ticket price. We only had a few hours but could have spent a whole day wandering through the exhibits.
