We did this tour a few years ago then revisited it this summer. I think the selection was better first time, in terms of the truck selection. Japadog was the main event for our tour guide, who'd spent time in Japan and was keen to talk about this truck at some length. The other trucks were I think a smaller selection than before and missed out a couple of excellent ones which we'd found to be outstanding before, in favour of some less inspiring ones.

New to town and want an easy introduction?... this is the way to go. You're outside, walking, getting some local intel, and eating a tasty lunch on the go. There were five stops in total, good variety and plenty food wise to see us through a full afternoon of bike riding in Stanley Park. Our guide was friendly and conversant on where else we might like to catch a meal, and the handout gave us additional recommended food trucks and entrees.

Never been a foodie tour but all cities should do this. Wasn and #39;t sure which one to pick but finally decided on the truck stops. Guide was helpful and informative about food and the city in general. Although it was 2hrs there wasn and #39;t a lot of walking. Loved the experience.

Such a great tour! Our guide, Lisa was lovely and very knowledgable about food and Vancouver in general. We were a group of 10 and visited 5 trucks all within a short distance of each other. our tastings included hoisin chicken wrap, grilled cheese sandwich, pulled pork poutine, cod and salmon salad and fish tacos (my fave). We had the most amazing weather which was a bonus! So glad we did this tour, highly recommend!

I would recommend this tour to anyone, as you may not have time to eat at everyone of the food trucks and this gave a good sampling, also Michelle did talk about other trucks not on the tour so you knew which ones would also be good to try.
