Great trip. Bit short but still very good nonetheless!

Our guide from Munich was great. Prague is a beautiful city! The local guide did not provide much detail about the local culture or history. Getting to do this trip in a day from Vienna worked perfectly for our family!

It was a great overview but a very long day.

The bus which we traveled on was extremely uncomfortable -- we felt beat to death by the time we returned to Vienna. There was nothing luxury about our coach. Also, we could not understand/hear our guides. They were speaking in English and Spanish and we could not distinguish one language from another.

Although it was a long trip, around 3.5 hours from Vienna, the visit is really worth, specially the downtown, the church and Charles Bridge. Their ice cream is great. It is recommended to visit Prague for at least 2 days to walk around and explore it._br/_ The guide from Vienna was not good at all. At many times she was cruel and aggressive. Similarly, the local guide in Prague was not good at all. The only stop from Vienna was in Prague in a big restaurant offering good quality food and not expensive. The employees do not speak English.

Prague is my favorite city. The cobblestone streets are a work of art in themselves. This was a must do day trip. The guide was very informative and had some time on our own to grab some food. Note: you could pay in euros, but any change was in their money.

Despite the rain that began in Vienna and continued into Prague and back, my wife and I enjoyed our trip. Prague is a beautiful place. My regret is that I should have planned to visit for a couple of days instead of doing a day trip. the success of the trip was boosted by our guide Claudia and driver Eugene, both of whom were outstanding ambassadors of the company. Thanks for a great trip

Very nice trip but perhaps not recommended for young children. We has 3 on our tour and they were very unruly. Otherwise a nice tour . Great tour guide. Very knowledgeable.

I did a few cities on this holiday in addition to Prague. Vienna itself, Zagreb and Dubrovnik. Although the day trip was well organized, I thought Prague was far too over crowded. The walking tour and what we saw were fine for 1 day. I enjoyed the Charles bridge. However there were no good photo ops simply cos we walked on the bridge too fast without stopping for photos and there were far too many people in Prague so difficult to take pics._br/_ I preferred the other cities I visited to Prague.

There is something about this city that amazes everyone! Excellent trip!

The quality of this trip is not the fault of the operator or Viator:

Prague was beautiful but to get there in a day from Vienna is a real push and I don and #39;t think I would do this day trip again. Tour itself ok but not enough time at destination. Ushered very quickly through town and then only have 1 hr free time at most but spend 8hrs travel time on bus.

Highly recommend this day trip, guide can't quite remember his name was excellent, very friendly and full of interesting facts which he shared with us all along the route. City itself is very beautiful. The only down side was it was a very long and tiring day but we knew to expect this, nevertheless, it was so worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this trip.

When we arrived in Prague after a very long bus ride, we were told that Prague Castle would not be included because the line was too long. What followed was almost a fiasco. Our local guide droned on so much that people were leaving to take photos, rather than listening. Prague itself, though, is beautiful. We had time on the Charles Bridge to take beautiful pictures of the river and to see and hear the performers on the bridge. Also, we had time to visit the shops, and we happened upon a street market which was interesting. Here are the two bad things we experienced: Our tour guide was named Claudia. She failed to give us an adequate overview of what to expect on the day trip. She seemed rather abrupt and rude. On our way back to Vienna, we were all tired and , with less than an hour to go, she announced that we were stopping for food, etc., because the driver had to take a required break. I don't think anyone was happy about it, but it would have been nice if she had given us the information when we left Prague.

Our local tour guide was hard to understand. He struggled to speak loudly and could not understand him most of the day. If he had a microphone and everyone had receivers it would have been better. He had a large group and had difficulty speaking.

The local guide is not professional. He have no enough city map for everyone. His dress is no good._br/_ We love Prague, we will come back.

Bus pick up was easy from the hotel, just VERY early so make your breakfast arrangements the night before. It is a long drive to Prague, bring your entertainment as the guide may not be chatty or run out of things to talk about. The walking tour was a very fast 60 minutes since you arrive in the city right before lunch. It is a very small city and in the summer can be very crowded. You must reload the bus around 3pm to arrive back in Vienna. This may be a better overnight tour for some people. It is a very easy city to travel on foot and see. Drop off in Vienna was very confusing and rushed. The guides will benefit from the exact address of your hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Vienna. They wanted to know which Hilton. THAT HILTON, that's the name- not courtyard, not plaza, not garden.

Need more time inside Prague city, its a wonderful city but the time spent there was too short._br/_ the english speaking translator in Prague was wonderful.

We only had one day to visit Prague and this day trip provided just the right mix of sightseeing, historic information, shopping and hiking smile for our limited window. I especially liked our tour guide because he wasn't just information but humorous and LOUD! I could actually hear what the guide was saying above the 1000s of people crowding the streets. Good job, Viator.

Pick up from the hotel was on time. I had been wanting to visit Prague for some time. As other reviews have stated, this is a LONG day. It was made even longer as there was an accident on one of the major roads and we had to take a longer route back. The tour was WAY TOO RUSHED! I understand that they are on a schedule, but please give people time to breath in between stops. You have to keep an eye out for the group at all times or you will be left behind. Too many people for my taste at this time of the year. This is a city best visited in the off-season!

Bus trip was a little long but worth it. Esp. Since I need to buy some mins for my phone and Vienna does not have vodaphone.

The travel time seems too long and especially with construction on the highway pretty much the whole way there. So, the time in Prague was very rushed. Other than that, the operator did a fine job on the tour and really not thing bad to say.

I knew it was going to be rushed but still worth it to see the city. A few sights to see, and very little time to do them in.

If you just want to be there even it is a couple of hours, this one might be a good option. I was exhausted after 4 hours each trip (stop over inclusive) and really could not say it was fantastic. No time to explore by yourself. Maybe the rain/cold weather made my rating harsh.

Not enough time to see much of anything in this beautiful city. Our group was split into 2 groups when we arrived and the guide we ended up with was not very helpful and at times seemed annoyed and rude. Very long bus ride. Scenery is beautiful. Stop on the way back at rest area with a gift shop with nothing worth buying. We were told before getting off the bus that there wasn't time to get anything to eat at the restaurant there and by that time everyone was very hungry. Didn't help when the bus driver got back on the bus with takeout food from the restaurant but we couldn't do the same.

This tour was quite good, but really a lot of driving for the amount of time spent in Prague. The free time was okay, but felt more like being dropped in a shopping area, rather than being well oriented to what was proximate.

Good for people who just want to step on the ground of Prague. Too little time in town, kept on walking non stop not enough time for taking photos. However time spent outside Prague for lunch and dinner almost 2 hours. If more time in Prague will be much better.

Very efficiently organised tour. Hans, our guide to Prague was excellent. His love for his country is obvious and he was very knowledgeable. Yan not sure of the spelling, our guide in Prague was very good too._br/_ Overall a very enjoyable and worthwhile trip.

The tour was definitely worth it if you're keen to visit Prague and are short on time. I'd been wanting to go forever. Four hours in the City just wasn't enough though. This allowed me to get a taste of the city. You really need a few days. The tour guides say the same.

We had cold weather and even snow, but the trip was worth it! The drive there was very long, but our enthusiastic guide and the town made up for the time on the bus. There were Easter market in the town squares serving many different delicious foods! We had quite a bit of time to explore on our own although not enough in my opinion!

Spent too much time at Casino (not many people had any interest) and very little at Prague viewing the churches. Were told these are the finest churches but we did not see the inside of them

Long trip to Prague and back, terrible rainy weather, the guide was always "running" ahead of the group. I would advise to Vienna Siteseeing in case of such hard rain like on Oct. 22, substitute walking tour by bus city tour. At least people can stay dry and a bit satisfied. The group was of 20 people, so we could not walk next to the guide due to umbrellas and narrow streets and could not leasten his speach. Nice city, but 4 hours are not enough to explore the all beauty.

The bus was overcrowded and uncomfortable. There was a rude family on board the bus which caused disruption to the rest of people on the bus. When this family was brought to the attention of the tour guide he refused to listen and said for us to sort the problem out. The tour guide gets paid to sort out issues like this not wash his hands on the whole situation while at the same time not help people out.
