They had another passenger scheduled for pick up. It sounded like they didn't have full information for the passenger. We went about 40 minutes out of the way to get the other passenger and when we got to the campus the driver still couldn't find the location and the road was closed. He made every effort to call her and find her but when she found out she'd have to walk to the shuttle, she decided not to go, even though the driver offered to meet her and carry her luggage. Most of this was the other passenger's fault, but the driver complained the rest of the way to the airport for the next 40 minutes about the other passenger.

The price to get from Baltimore to Washington, DC is great! However, if you are in a rush, be advised that this shuttle will pick up and drop off other customers as well. Nonetheless, I would use this service again.

The driver arrived after giving notice of the expected arrival time. He was courteous and told me that two other riders would join us. The driver was an excellent driver and the trip was smooth. We arrived at BWI quite early and with plenty of time to spare.

We were picked up from our hotel right on time. We were taken straight to the airport without any delay, arriving in plenty of time for our flight. So, why not 5 stars? Well, the driver was almost totally silent, even when he picked us up. He also drove far too close to the vehicles in front of us for my taste - and safety, if anybody had braked suddenly.

I am sorry to say this is the worst experience I have ever had on a shuttle. I did not expect to be picking up riders at their home address. I was in the van for over two hours before we ever even started for the airport._br/_
The driver was unable to find the address for one of the passengers riding around with great uncertainty_br/_
until after over an hour we finally found her home. The 4th passenger.. again a trip to no where! I arrived at the airport only 12 min before boarding time. If I had not had TSA clearance and hence avoided the "regular" long line I would not have made my flight. It was an absolutely miserable ride!!!

The driver said we had to pay cash because his computer said so. We had reconfirmed our shuttle and had the number. We phoned Viator and advised of the problem. Viator spoke with the driver who was threatening to throw us out if we didn't pay again. Finally, Viator changed our designation from Cash to Voucher on his computor but the driver still didn't think he was going to be paid but he took us anyway on the basis of the completed voucher.

Driver was late and had to pick up 1 other person. The planning of knowing there would be another pick up should have made in earlier time. Driver was slow so what should have taken 45 min. was an hour and a half. By the time I was dropped off I had less then 20 min. for boarding barely made it. That's not how I like to travel.

Our return trip to the airport was much better than the arriving trip. We did not like the fact we were rushed to meet our flight due to another passenger leaving an item and the bus returned for her to retrieve it. This could have caused us to miss our flight and the drive did not seem concerned about our flight.
