Horrible experience. Phoned to advise that our arrival would be 1.5hrs late due to flight delays, spoke with a female employee of Carmel Car and Limosine Service was told ‘no problem’ and to call when we arrived in Washington. Once in Washington the company refused to honour the voucher. Took a cab.

I just want to know why when we arrived in Washington, DC after our pick up we were advised by your office that we had to pay the driver an additional 14.00 for pick up and then another 14.00 back to the airport.

We were informed of the entire cost of the transfer when it was too late to cancel. I think they should advise their clients of the dollar amount of airport fees upon booking.

once again I question the extra 14.00 charge plus the tip. I did not see our driver on the way out or in have to pay any tolls, etc. _br/_ I think full disclosure of costs is necessary. the driver was courteous an_br/_ d the car was clean....that's a plus. However, I feel paying 70 from the airport to the hotel about 6 miles was very steep. next time I think I'll get a cab myself.

Car and driver was great, but Viator doesn't tell you there is also a 14 airport fee - in the fine print! Total cost for 2 was over 85!! Next time, take Uber for 20

Service was good. I hadn't been to Washington DC before, so I chose this service to make sure I would have transportation available once I arrived at the airport. As it turned out, there were plenty of taxis available at a cost of about 20 from DCA to downtown around the White House. So paying 50 for this service along with 14 cash was a bit much in my case, when a taxi would have been sufficient at a third the price.

We told the company we had 6 people, and probably 2 pieces of luggage for each person. We barely all fit in the small van they sent, and the luggage had to go between the seats and on people's laps. They were not prepared.

If you are picked from an airport, Viator will request a 14 fee that was not announced up front. Moreover, you will have to pay it cash! Looks like a rip-off! The cars are fine, good looking, but the ripp-off mars everything!

Not sure what happened here as Car Company said my booking was for the next day, when my paperwork clearly had the correct day of Monday 3rd October! However, they managed to sort and sent a car straight away
