Great short trip! Hard to find pickup place but other than that super friendly staff and nice night on the water.

We had a wonderful cruise on the Potomac. It was worth the money. However you really don't see many memorials from the water. Other than that it was great.

We had a wonderful time on this cruise! Goes right by the monuments which are lit up at night! Very easy to do and just the right length! Sit on the top!

Tour was good, but not much commentary and limited snack options.

This tour was relaxing after a long day of walking and I liked that, but, it wasn't what I thought it would be. It was a clear, cool late March evening but we really couldn't see many monuments from the river. We saw the large ones like Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial and Washington Monument and they were beautiful but I would recommend on land night monument tours - I think you can see the lights much better on land. Viator's description said stunning reflective views of the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial and many other landmark locations is misleading. You really could only see the very large things. I would recommend this river tour if you want a nice, relaxing cruise on the river but don't expect to see much. Additionally, someone narrated and pointed out some of the things along the river but he could have done more of that.

One Star is for Seats..ohh wait a minute you need to be early in queue to have a sofa seat else on chairs or at top in open will not recommend in cold weather. It was worst of the worst..No proper Monuments sightseeing,no Guide.no proper info.Just a bar on the cruise which too is in dark side._br/_ If you just want to drink and lay low..this is good. For kids its worst..nothing is there for their fun._br/_ Entering and Existing Boat arrangement too is unsafe..no proper Stairs etc._br/_ I will not suggest to people who travelling from other states and want to put their valuable time in this tours...

It wasn and #39;t bad, just okay. This was a tour that I went on with 5 friends. It was clean and the people were nice. Maybe I missed in the description that this moonlight cruise wasn and #39;t narrated. Background on what we were seeing would have been nice. Also, the music was soft jazz, none of us were fans.

you really could not see a lot on the midnight cruise, the staff told us from the beginning what we would see but did not point out the sights during the cruise

We had a double decker ferry but with everyone wanting to be on the upper deck it left standing room only outside with a lower inside level empty. Not what I expected at all. Drinks were too strong to enjoy and we ended up at the end of the boat downstairs near the motors. The fumes of the ferry were not pleasant. I would not recommend this tour.

I would not recommend going on this cruise. The boat was packed with people and boarding was very disorganized. We were sent to the back of the line because our tickets came from Viator and not DC cruises. Once we boarded the boat there weren't enough seats for everyone to sit on the deck. In addition, we were never informed about life jackets or emergency protocol for the boat.

It was very very crowded - not enough seats for the people they let on and every bit of railing had someone standing next to it. They should take smaller groups. It was also difficult for someone out of town to find where to meet up. Once we were able to get on the boat waited 40 minutes and then were told we weren't in the right line so we had to go to the end and barely got a seat, it was relaxing and enjoyable to be out on the water. Just get there early to make sure you get a good spot on top. Definitely a bit too crowded though.

I would not recommend this tour for tourist. It is more a romantic trip for locals. I only saw three monuments. Additionally, we were told that there would be no guide or narrative as it was a romantic trip. I did not like it.

Nice tour to see the city at night. I would recommend this if you enjoy kicking back with a beverage and seeing the city from a boat view. The staff was great. Comfortable ride that wasn't overly packed with too many people.
