Confusion amongst the ground staff when I presented my voucher as they couldn't find my booking - resulted in standing around in the bitter cold while they tried to find it but it was a systems issue rather than the staff's fault. They finally managed to do so but had to wait another 15 minutes or so for the van. Driver was good and politely asked whether it was ok to route to Ronald Reagan first as two of the passengers had to catch connecting flights. Service and ride was good overall, only three stars as had to wait unnecessarily in the cold for so long.

It was bad. I must have waited in the van for at least an hour - people got on got off, were moved into different buses- it all came over as ineffectual and unorganised. I don’t blame the driver he actually told the reps that they couldn’t keep people waiting like this...and we got on the move

It took at least an hour from arriving at the allocated pick-up point to actually moving off on the transit from Dulles to Washington,it then took another hour an a half to reach our hotel,as everybody else was dropped off first. This is not good when it takes about two hours to get through security at the airport. Take a taxi. It is worth the extra money.

Was well like after by the despatch clerk when my booking was showing on their system. Trip to the hotel in DC did take a lot longer than I thought that it would as it was nearly 2 hours as the driver had a late booking. Without that and the rush hour traffic we would have got there a lot earlier._br/_ Good value if you can get a straight ride into the centre but not such value of there a lot of multiple riders going in different directions

Relatively easy to find the pick up point. Bus full. Frist drop off was way out in the sticks, so journey to Washington took well over an hour. Driver friendly and helpful.

We had the rudest driver ever! If allowed I would of put negative-5 He was from super shuttle! Tried to charge us, saying our voucher was not valid! I contacted super shuttle they informed him it was valid so he grabbed it out of my hand and left! The return shuttle was a different driver and everything was fine!

Booked from airport to hotel. We were told to go to curb 1D or 1F however this was wrong, we were sent to several other places before we found the correct curb. Once the bus arrived everything ran smoothly and we arrived with no further problems.

I wasn't able to ride the shuttle because I made a mistake in printing the voucher. the people operating the shuttle we're not able to help me at all, even if I gave them the confirmation number. I had to pay the shuttle service another 70 dollars to be able to get back to Bowie. 27 dollars wasted. And the thing is I just came from my Mother's funeral from the Philippines.

After 2 passport control queues looked for shuttle desk which was manned by one person. Had to wait 30mins for shuttle bus.8/9 passenger's boarded which was a bit cramped. Driver appeared to try to drop off one couple at wrong venue and when we left his receipt only showed one passenger not two which caused slight bother. Paid more to return to airport by taxi - less hassle and quicker.

Great transfer from airport to hotel on April 18 but complete no show for return journey on April 24. When my wife called she was told that the pick up had been cancelled by us. We did not cancel the booking and had to call for a taxi instead.

The ride was fine and got us to our hotel with only slight traffic problems. There was a problem with the directions to find the shuttle. After we found the van, we had to go back into the terminal to turn in the voucher to get a ticket, then go back outside to get the van. A bit of a hassle!

Viator was to contact me as to the terrible service we received from them re: our airport transfers. We have used Viator all over the world for several years and this experiece ended our relationship with Viator. We purchased four vouchers with Viator for Super Shuttle airport transfers. Super Shuttle had no reservations for us from Viator for any of the transfers. I was on the phone for two days trying to contact Viator for a total of 8 hours. I never got in contact with them...the phone rang and then a recorded voice stated that someone would be with you in a few minuted and that never happened. We will never use Viator in the future.

I really thought that by paying for this shuttle ahead of time, I could get out of the airport quicker, with less hassle. boy, was I wrong. First, the print out that came with my voucher told me to go to the wrong place to be picked up by the shuttle and I had to walk around in the cold rain to find the Super Shuttle counter, which was inside the airport. Then, I had to wait in line, just like the people that had not pre-paid and then had to wait until I was assigned a shuttle to ride to my hotel. So, this did not save time, was more of a hassle, and cost more!

The phone operator who was anyways very kind said I had to exist the airport and find the shuttle. Indeed, at the arrival, travellers have to find the front desk to book their travel and wait for the car to arrive and collect passengers. This should be made clear on the webpage and/or the phone.

I purchased a voucher for a ride back home on Christmas Day. I followed all the prompts requested by Viator, but when I got to the Super Shuttle desk, they wouldn't honor the voucher. Please fix the system so that the customer is paying the appropriate fee and NOT stuck at an airport on a major holiday trying to find the one or two rental cars still available. Not a pleasant experience.

This started and finished like a bit of a nightmare with the middle bit ok. When I booked this transfera couple of months ago I was emailed the voucher and instructions to call a telephone number if our flight arrival was after midnight. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and consequently arrived about 03.00hrs. To my horror one of the phone numbers was no longer in service and the second was just an automated answering sevice telling me to go on line! Worn out and exhausted having travelled from New Zealand to Washington DC I was about to have a melt down but we decided to get a taxi. On making our way to the taxis there was a desk for this shuttle service. The gentleman running the desk was not particularly pleasant. The ride itself was fine, warm and comfortable. On arrival at the hotel we were dropped out at the back door of the hotel we did not realise this at the time which was locked. We then had to walk with our hand luggage, handbags and 23kg suitcases all the way to the front entrance of this very large hotel in the freezing cold at 04.00hrs. Not a nice experience at all. They need to update their information!

Washington - brilliant. 2 travel card, loaded with 10, lasted for 5 days, mostly travelling on Circulator bus service - excellent, although roads very busy. very convenient stops for attractions. Grand station, capitol and tour, well worth visiting. Amazed by free access to Smithsonian museums. Native American Indians, Natural History, Space all brilliant. Walking along the mall - great.

Was great service from Dulles airport to our hotel in Alexandria. Driver very courteous even to obnoxious other passenger and drove safely. Only problem was it took almost two hours for a 45 minute trip because of 5:00 PM traffic and other stop was across town. Very nice vehicle.
