I made reservation of the pick up on the phone: I had an international flight at 6.20 pm and was suggested to leave the hotel at 2.30 pm, I was even recommeded to wait outside the hotel not cause delays. The van arrived at 2.30 and then, after a drive to a nearby hotel to pick another customer, drove back to my same for another passenger who was not even there. We had to wait till 3.10. I asked for a printed receipt several times and the driver said that it was ok then, when we arrived at the airport, he announced that he could not print it. He should have said that at the very beginning. Not professional at all

Absolutely spot on and a great service. Would highly recommend this as a great way to and from the airport. The driver was a bit nuts with his driving but then again, I guess that made it go quicker.

Picked up on time, dropped at the airport on time. Just as I wanted, only trouble was with the driver who kept saying I wasn't allowed on the van even though I had a return ticket. A quick call at the company solved the problem anyway.

Very good! Although when I arrived at the Dulles Airport, the reservation desk claimed that there was no notice of my reservation and when I showed him the printed voucher from Viator, he had to call his supervisor and I had to wait for about 1/2 an hour to resolve the situation as he said that I should have printed the voucher with the code on it.

The shuttle was sharp on time. The van was prety new. There were only 4 persons in the van and the driver was perfectly on time and drove us directly in front of Lufthansa Gate. I recomend it very warmly.

Absolutely terrible!!! We have used this service before and weren't super impressed but decided to give it one more try....Big mistake. Bought and paid for, called and confirmed. Arrived in D.C. they could not find our confirmation even though we brought copies. Called the number on the confirmation and the reply I got from the woman was, That's not our problem, you booked it through Viator. The problem is between you and them. Long story short is we caught a cab. The cab ride into D.C. from Dulles airport was the exact same dollar amount. The cab ride was private with only my wife and I. The cabby was also very helpful in pointing out and suggesting the sites. Don't waste your time with the shuttle, cab is the only way to go. I know we will never use the shuttle again for any reason.
