Driver and vehicle was very nice, but after paying 152.00 for the transfer, I was disappointed when I was informed a day before the transfer that I was obligated to pay an additional 35.00 for airport tax and toll fees. The additional charges where totally unexpected and unappreciated

I called to confirm my reservation before travel , was told there would be an additional 25.00 fee payable in cash to the driver. When I asked questions no one knew who imposed the fee, what it was for or anything else about the fee. I confirmed my reservation as per their instructions. Upon arrival at the airport, I phone their number, gave my reservation number and was told We are not picking you up and we no longer have a car for you. First I was told that I had called to confirm but was supposed to call back, then I was told I never confirmed. I told the gentleman on the phone I knew no one in DC and could they please send a car for me. He sounded like, he could not care less about my predicament and very much wanted to get me off the phone. They never sent a car for me. So if yo hire this company good luck to you, all I can say is very unprofessional.

Smooth transfer, very clean vehicle, driver polite. It was a good way to get to Washington DC hotel. There were 3 travelers so this was a good bargain for us.

Was charged a $20.00 tip which I would have given anyway, but was told it was mandatory instead of optional as stated in the booking

Will definitely use Viator again! It was so easy and what a comfortable ride! Since we arrived during rush hour, it was much better to let someone else do the driving!
