Why book before I arrive?

Booking in advance is highly recommended as many activities get booked up early. Booking online before you arrive takes the time and stress out of making arrangements during your valuable holiday time, and ensures you won't be dissapointed because an activity is booked up.

Are there any booking fees or hidden costs?

No. Activity Bookers is a free service. The only addition to the prices you see is 5% GST, a federal tax which must be applied by law.

Is it cheaper if i book direct?

No. All our prices are the same as those offered by the operators directly.

Can I change my booking?

Activities can be rescheduled (depending on availability) provided you give at least 24 hours notice (72 hours for groups of 10 or more) and if consent is given by the operator.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, usually it's possible to obtain a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time. Each operator is different though so please check 'The Fine Print' for your chosen activities before booking. If you cancel within 24 hours (72 hours for groups of 10 or more) no refund can be given.

Are there any restrictions on who can participate in the activities?

Sometimes. Certain activities have an age restriction and some have weight limits or other restrictions. For detailed information please read 'The Fine Print' for each activity you choose.
