I recently booked a jungle speed boat tour and unfortunately I missed the tour due to miscommunication on this company's part. My confirmation email said the location would be marine blue ray across from Royal sands resort. I called before I left my hotel to confirm the location and the local guide on the telephone also confirmed the address with me. Turns out the address was wrong and the dock was permanently closed. We wasted 20USD on a taxi only to end up at the old location! Then we took a bus to the new location and no one was there._br/_ There's no hotel pick up/drop off so you're expected to show up to the dock, on time, by yourself. Then on top of that over the phone I was told there would be 10 reef and dock tax. The docks looked like some shady vendor which was extremely hard to find. I'm so disappointed and frustrated because the weather was beautiful that day. I felt that it has gone to waste.

This tour was a blast!! The boats went really fast and the scenery was beautiful! Lots of fun for the price!! They were also very reasonable with the price for the photos they took. If I go back to Cancun, I will do this again!! Wish I was there right now on that boat!!

We had a great tour guide, Noel. Took us out to a reef area where no one else was snorkeling. We even bought the pictures BlueRay took of us at the dock and in the water.

It's the worse online purchase i ever made. Viator had done nothing, but profited from putting together its shady vendor with unaware customers. Upon arrival, Blue Ray marina don't even have our reservation, but take us in anyway. Charged us 10 USD/person for reef tax and dock fee, hidden cost.

Fantastic! My husband didn't stop smiling for the whole 2.5hrs (think its a man thing driving a fast engine!!) We were in the 9am trip. There were 4 boats in our group. We had a brief safety/instruction and we were off. Due to the bad weather during the night meant we were unable to go snorkelling at first we were disappointed however our guide took us all over the place and threw in a few 'stunts' making the trip well worth the money. Thank you.

Great tour, great guide, great reef and wildlife, boats are fun to drive (dont forget to hold onto your hat) but dont book with Viator, go directly to the guys running the tour and you can book it cheaper.

This tour was so much fun! The waves were choppy but that made it fun and we had to speed to keep up which added to our excitement. Going through the jungle part of the lagoon was a bit disappointing because we only saw two birds but driving the speed boat made up for it. The snorkeling was fun as well and we had a very good tour guide. This is a must in Cancun!

A fun 1/2 day on the water. The only reason i didn't rate it higher was the snorkeling time was too short for my wife and I. Other than that it was very good

FUN! PROS: If you want to enjoy a fun ride (and don't have back or neck issues) do this!! My husband and I became teenagers again in that little two-seater boat. The water was a bit choppy but that made it even more fun for us. CONS: If you are signing up primarily for the snorkeling piece, look elsewhere. The snorkeling is only OK; far from the best I have ever experienced. To us the pro of the ride pushed this up to a 5 rating despite the slightly disappointing snorkeling.

As Advertised 45min there 45 min snorkelling 45 min back, travelling flat out for each of the 45mins there and back. Snorkelling a little disappointing but overall OK.

Truly fun ride but didn't get to go snorkeling due to the windy weather. There is a tax of $8 per person on top of what you pay online which is not the port tax!!

Trip was very good. Water was somewhat rough but other than that the tour was worth the money

Vi var med for båtturens skyld, og snorklet ikke. Det var ikke så varmt denne dagen, og vannet var heller ikke særlig varmt. Var litt røff sjø denne dagen, men morro likevel.

Lots of Fun! Driving the speedboats was a thrilling experience. Snorkeling and getting to see the fish and coral in the reef just added to excellence of this activity

The water was too rough and the steering wheel was so loose I thought it would come off in the turbulent water. After snorkeling it was very cold riding back. There was no warning about this.
