My husband and I took the Two Oceans Tour as a gift to ourselves for our 27th wedding anniversary last week. I was such a wonderful experience. One of the best gifts I've ever received! What an amazing experience. Really, really pleased we did it. We had a little bit of turbulence, but were extremely lucky with the weather overall. I would thoroughly recommend it for not only tourists, but South African's living there - it's a real eye opener to what a beautiful place the Cape is.

HUGE disappointment! This tour DOES NOT go over the Indian and Atlantic Oceans - it only goes over the Atlantic Ocean. When we confronted the customer service people about it they first said that was just the name of the tour and then changed the story to say in the summer time the when the current changes the Indian oceans comes up then they said that 4 years ago it was written on the map as the Indian Ocean... Anyhow bottom line is they were rude and liars. On the helicopter the pilot pointed out about 6 land marks and it is fair to say my 6 year old nephew could have made up more interesting chat than our pilot.

Taking the top front seat, side by side with the pilot and_br/_
taking care not to touch the control stick just in front of me,_br/_
I enjoyed the view under my foot, took many pictures and videos._br/_
But sorry our flight route of 2 oceans was shorter than my expectation_br/_
that we could fly just over the "Cape of Good hope" but actually not.

We did enjoy the tour, but then I always enjoy a helicopter flight. Was slightly disappointed that the pilot did not tell us about things as we flew over them. He only said he would answer any questions we had, which I found rather strange.

I cannot suggest you do this enough. We we fortunate that we did this early afternoon in late August and the weather was fantastic, very warm and little cloud. Going around Cape Town and along the side of Table Island was amazing with great views everywhere, we then circled around the other side of TM and came back to Cape Town after what seemed like 5 minutes but was probably nearer 30 minutes.

Great flight over the Cape peninsular. We had a ground tour down to the Cape of Good Hope the previous day which made the aerial view so much more interesting as we could see where we had been and could identify locations.

What a spectacular way to see Cape Town and the coastline; the views where incredible. This is definitely a must-do experience for any visit to the city! Wonderful! Seeing Capetown from above is great! Just be careful of the weather, we had to reschedule 2 times because of the winds during Spring.
