This is a complete rip off. $59 USD for a one way transfer from the airport to the hotel. The driver did not speak English. A taxi would have been about $7 USD. Extremely disappointed.

Although our can was waiting for us and was very courteous, I subsequently learned that the fare was US$20 NOT US$27/person. You swindled us. We took a cab back to the airport and it was only $20 for all three of us.

Driver had a sign with my name on it, which makes finding your ride SUPER EASY -- especially if you are not conversational or fluent in Spanish. Allows you to decompress a bit from traveling to your hotel/AirBnB. Taking Ubers is easy, too, but recommend this over taking a taxi, if this is your first time in the country.

Our pickup went smoothly. The language barrier was very small. It did not cause any problems. We arrived safely without worrying about the exchange of any money other than tipping a few US dollars.

The car to take us to our hotel was too small for all of our luggage. We have to put luggage inside the car beside/in between us.

Excellent service. Driver and car were waiting at the airport with my name on a sign. Gives you a feeling of safety and security when you arrive in a new country/city. Then, you can slowly get acclimated to the area.
