My plane from Yangon to Bangkok was delayed 1 hr 30 minutes. I therefore missed the connecting flight to Chiang Mai. There was no way to contact the Transfer Company while I was in the air. I could not use this voucher.

It's strange that the name of my hotel was requested during the checkout process, but that information was not given to the driver. It was convenient to have someone show up with my name on a sign at the airport and guide me to an air conditioned vehicle - but if you plan to take this service, make sure to have the name of your hotel and maybe even the address written in Thai to give to your driver, in case the information does not get passed along. That would have saved me about 25 minutes of confused communication.

a very good service, my driver was waiting for me in arrivals I was the only passenger _br/_ driver helped me with my luggage , was very friendly , and on way to hotel was telling me what to see and do in chiang mai _br/_ also gave me my pick up time for my departure a couple off days later_br/_ would definitely use this service again

Unfortunately, upon exit from baggage claim, I could not find anyone who had my name for transportation. When you exit the baggage claim area, there is an area that is corded off with people waiting for travellers, some were holding up placards with names on it. Walked by each person to show them my voucher but none had my information. Ended up going to the taxi kiosk at the airport located right there where the people were waiting for travellers and arranged for transportation to my hotel which is a set price depending on where in the city you are going.

A rep meets you and then takes you to the driver but goes in the car with you...tells you a bit about the area and even walked me into the hotel and helped me get into the right line. This is great as when you first arrive into an unfamiliar country/language/setting etc....plus more importantly, they were right there waiting upon exiting the baggage claim. Van was the rep and he was great.

This worked out perfectly for us since we had people arriving at different times but all within a short time of each other. The driver/guide was easy to find and helpful in getting us acquainted with the city. He made sure we were checked in and did not need anything else before leaving, since we arrived before the hotel check in time.

Excellent. We booked a shared transfer and got our own private van. This happened at all the stops in Thailand we booked with Viator. Excellent! The staff was always on time and very friendly. They always gave us a welcome to Thailand packet with a whole bunch of useful information and contacts.

I arrived late at night, 11:30pm. The taxi driver was already waiting for me with a name badge. I booked a shared transfer but I enjoyed the minibus on my own. The transfer to my hotel in the center of Chiang Mai was very quick (15 minutes). The taxi driver also had an information for me about my pick-up time for the tour on the next day.
