Very difficult to get through to an operator on the phone, had to go through many explanations before reaching an operator who said we did not have a booking and sent me back to the beginning. Many minutes later someone was able to help me. Very embarrassing as other people were wanting to use the phone. Sorry this was for our arrival transfer. Departure transfer was very efficient.

Excellent service, very pleasant driver who could not have been more concerned as I was unwell leaving the hotel, but still prepared to drive me to airport and even offered me gum and water. Faultless service going back to airport.

After a very long flight from Sydney, going around the airport about four times to pick up other passengers was really nauseating. We were the first pick ups, and by the time we picked up everyone else, we had been round the loop at least four times and we had been on the shuttle for at least 30 minutes before we actually headed out to do the drop off's at the different hotels._br/_ We also had booked the shuttle to pick us up for the flight out, and had confirmed our pick up time as 1015, we were out the front at 1000, and were still waiting at 1045. Luckily we had given ourselves plenty of time to get checked in and through security, but for the other lady getting picked up it was cutting it close.

a bit erratic. We were outside our hotel waiting and a van turned up earlier than we were advised. We were told by the driver just to get in then another van arrived and the drivers then argued amongst themselves as to who would take the passengers. We did get to the airport but felt it was all a bit disorganised.

Driver was quite rude. My husband left his glasses on board and we rang straight away. Got through to despatch and they said the driver hadn't found the glasses. We think it was because we didn't tip him. we apologied that we had no US dollars left , he wasn't happy. Nor were we.!!!

Called viator to make reservation. Everything seemed to go smoothly. I called the transfer company to make sure. The company told me viator never called, all they did was charge me and I had to take care of everything else. I was charged $38 for what they told me they charge $20. Viator is a scam!

Really under deliverd on service. Having booked airport transfers all around America during our 7 week stay without any trouble, this transfer was a nightmare. The driver insisted we have a hard copy of teh voucher (which isn't easy to get when you're staying in hotels) and wouldn't accept the saft copy on my phone (all previous transfers did). He then said we as we don't have the voucher we would have to pay in cash and seek reimbursement from teh company for teh the credit card payment. When I disputed this he became agressive and said complained consistently that he wouldn't get paid. Very poor costomer experience. Take a cab
