Overpriced and they called me to tell me that I needed to pay $10 extra and to make sure to add $5 tip. The extra should have not been asked for because there were no tolls or anything to charge for. I called viator and asked about it. They said they would call me back to take care off me, no call

The driver was leaning against the wall smoking when I arrived. He then thrust papers at me informing that I will need to pay toll and a tip. His English was very poor so had difficulty understanding what he was talking about. I would prefer that any costs such as tolls were included in original price. He was unpleasant and I would have preferred not to give him a tip at all. When I arrived at the hotel, my suitcase was dumped on the road - didn't even bother to put it on the sidewalk. Worse service ever.

The car was waiting for us as soon as we got there. The driver was friendly and pointed places of interest out to us on the drive to our hotel. The car was very clean and there was plenty of room for all our luggage.

pick up on time. nice ride. however, the driver led us to believe that we had to pay $20.00 for the airport toll, which we did plus tip. He went on and on about how he only gets paid $25.00 per trip and that he could not live on that and that people do not tip these days. not very professional! guess we were foolish to think we had to pay him for the toll. will take the super shuttle next time.
