We came out early and waited for 5 minutes before the car arrives for the airport._br/_ However, the car and the driver was satisfactory.

Despite leaving Las Vegas 1 hour late due to the Vice-Presidents airplane on the tarmac,I had no trouble calling assigned number to explain why my flight was late. A car was dispatched right awayto pick me up!!

We had to confirm our arrival by e-mail and telephone call. At no time were we told where the driver would wait for us or where we should go to meet him. The driver was not there when we arrived and after a long search we found that we had to contact him through a service which also provides taxis. It was a most unpleasant experience and caused a long delay after a long flight. We also had to pay another $15, a charge which was hidden in the small print. Never again will we use this service!
