Tour guide was so nice and knowledgeable. I didn't have high hopes about being part of a large tour, but it was so well organized and you could do everything at your own pace with no need to be in a group. The only downside is that you aren't provided with a number for the local tour guide. Only a travel office in Buenos Aires. The office personnel were extremely nice and helpful.

The place is wonderful, the crew was very helpful and everything went to time. Just one question remains: we didn't know that it was possible to do an ice trek on the glacier and this option wasn't offered to us by the crew.

It was great. Only negative comment is that we weren't given the option to go mini-trekking for a few hours on the glacier.

The tour was exactly as described, but was very run-of-the-mill. We were picked up my a small mini bus and then joined a large double-decker coach to take us to the glacier. The tour guide was good, but the trip was basically just being driven to the glacier and then left to wander around for 3-4 hours. There was an optional boat trip too, which was an additional cost. There were more interesting trips on offer in El Calafate, including mini-treking on the ice, and I would have prefered the tour to have included this too.

The only thing that would have improved this trip is if there was an option to go ice trekking on the glacier. Other than that - it was great.

Wow! What glaciers! Los Glaciares National Park is superb scenery. Very much something to recommend on a tour to Argentina. The only challenge is getting to El Calafate, which was not part of our initial plan, though we're glad we made the effort in order to take this tour.

It was great trip. The guide was very experienced. Our one gripe was the delay of pick up service. Still, we'd recommend it to all Argentinian visitors!
