The tour company was an hour late. It's pretty bad when other tour operators attempt to help you and laugh when you tell them you booked with this tour operator. Apparently they were originally told to be there 30 minutes after our meet time and then couldn't get in the gate because of some paperwork mix up for 30 minutes. The tour of Dunn's River Falls was excellent from the guides at Dunn's River. The off to Ocho Rios for a shopping tour which ended up being a stop at one store. Not recommended. Just go straight to Dunn's River.

The driver was late for this excursion, the other drivers said he is always a little late, but after that everything was good. The driver took us to a nice shopping center and you could still haggle for better deals. At the falls there was not enough time to finish the whole falls, we went to the 3/4 mark and had to get out, because we had to meet the bus for the next stop. The falls were fun I am glad I did now any older it would be really tough.

Our driver was very good and we had a lot of flexibility to manage the trip and length of time at each stop. As always a Viator tour is a much nicer choice over a ship excursion.

The team was fantastic. Outside of a small glitch and waiting for pickup, we had a very nice van ride to and from the Falls, and had a great recommendation for lunch. I would have hoped for perhaps some water on the long-ish drive to the falls - but we were fine without. George was a fantastic driver and a great guide. I would highly recommend!

There was a problem with our driver being able to get thru security @ the port, so we had to call the local number and make arrangements to meet outside the gate. The tour itself was great and our driver, Johnson, was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely do this tour again.

The tour van arrived late, and no one around terminal seemed to have a clue about these guys. Finally one lady called and got them on their way. The shopping trip is a joke, they take you to some shops owned by friends and a flea market. (bad idea) The falls are beautiful and fun, but know you are going to get very wet. My advice is to book through the cruise line and stay away from this particular excursion.

We had a very interesting guide and are sure the tour would have been great - except that it was pouring rain and after getting thoroughly soaked at Dunn's River Falls we asked our guide to cut the tour short.
