I was charged much higher due to my online booking. The tour was supposed to be operated by an englich speaking guide. But the guide conducted the tour in Portugese. Although the guide was very helpful and tried to tell me about some of the landmarks in English, I felt cheated as they promised the tour will be in English during my booking.
