Stay away from this disaster. You can purchase the tour at Helisur at the Falls gate for 130 USD. Drive yourself there or cab it, don't pay over 200 USD for a car ride you may not get. this was a rip off at it's best. The helicopter ride is too short and you're lucky to get one good picture.

The best helicopter experience one can take part in and do for an excursion! This was simply awesome to see from up above and I loved every minute of it! You got to do this one if you go to The 7 Wonder of The World, it's a must by helicopter!

The helicopter , bird park and entry to Iguazu Falls Park are all within 200m of each other._br/_ We had the helicopter transfer from hotel to the helicopter location included in our ticket price and this worked very well._br/_ However be aware that the pick up drops you at the helicopter park and then you are issued with a number for your position in the queue to get into the helicopter. We were there early in the morning and not on a busy day so we had a short wait for our turn. I am not sure if this would always be the situation. The waiting area is air conditioned with a shop and small cafe._br/_ the flight was about 10 minutes but that gave a couple of circles over the falls so that both sides of the helicopter had very good views of the falls._br/_ Across the road is the Bird park.

The helicopter flight was amazing, it was an experience of the lifetime to see the mighty Iguassu Falls from high above. It really gives a totally different perspective of the falls. The people who came to pic us up were very nice and friendly, they drop us off to the entrance of the Brazilian side of the falls upon our request and showed us how to get back to the Argentinian side.

I mean what can I say about this awesome event and tour. A helicopter ride above Iguassu Falls speaks for itself! I had some great pictures and truly had lifetime experience doing this particular tour. It's expensive for the time your in the air, but you will come out with some to die for pictures afterwards!

Thought the 10 minute helicoper ride would be 10 minutes over the falls. Not so, the 10 minutes included getting there and returning. Therefore we had about 2 or 3 minutes over the actual falls. Would I do this again NO NO NO

There really is no reason to buy a ticket on-line because you will still have to go to the place and redeem it for an actual ticket. I bought the ticket for the next day and no one called or left a message at my hotel. At 10am on the day of the flight I got a call saying I needed to be at the park entrance at 10am! or I could reserve for 1pm and since it was at least a 15 minute drive to the gate (stayed at the Belmond) I said ok to the 1pm flight but I was told not to be late! It was a busy day at the helicopter place and we ended up standing in line for 45 minutes after we got the ticket (there was no such thing as an actual reservation so I don't know what the 1pm deadline was all about). I was also not aware that the helicopter place was right in front of the Iguazu gate entrance so the transportation that I paid extra for consisted of a van driving less than two blocks - after the helicopter ride I told the driver to not even bother picking me up (the driver btw was very friendly and professional). Also you should know that they don't fly when it is excessively cloudy or there is rain as visibility of the falls is poor. That means when the rains stop, there are lots of people waiting in line - I counted at least 50 people - and that means that you are kind of shuttled through like cattle. All this said the views are amazing and well worth doing - just not on-line.

An excellent tour - pilot ensured both sides of the aircraft were given viewing access to the falls scene by turning and flying back in the opposite direction on two occasions.

It was somehow expected but still absolutely thrilling experience. Hard to reccommend , which time of the day is the best, but prepare for some lines at the site anyway. After lift-off you will have 10 minutes with superb views. They try to sell you DVD after this whole thing, worth those dollars, as this contains more than just your own trip video. Try to get to first row- they prefer women, though:)
