Driver arrived a bit late, but was very apologetic - he had a flat tire. Other than that, the transfer was fine, but we had learned that the price was almost double what we would have paid if we had chosen another provider.

The driver was lovely, he arrived a little ahead of schedule and was entertaining throughout sharing bits of information about the island. The missing star is for the fact that Viator gave no indication regarding the time our driver would arrive. The day before our trip we had to call from the hotel,to ascertain this info which resulted in a charge we otherwise didn't want to incur.
