I would like to be able to say something nice, but I booked two pickups and they never showed up for either one. This was for my teenage daughter so I was not pleased! Even after confirming and reconfirming by email. Terrible!

We had the same driver pick us up from our hotel to take us back to the airport. He was right about us falling in love with the city. He recommended other places for us to visit one day if we're able to return to Germany. He was full of information and humor, we enjoyed our ride with him.

The night before our pick-up at the hotel, I called customer service to confirm. They answer the support line in German, but once I spoke in English, the representative did also. He pulled up my reservation instantly and confirmed the time. Our driver arrived exactly when they said he would, and it was the same driver who picked us up at the airport on our arrival, which was lovely! I would absolutely use this service again. So efficient, friendly and responsive.

Excellent service. Our minibus was waiting on arrival and picked us up exactly as scheduled. The driver was extremely helpful and had agreat sense of humour. Will definately use again.

I'm sure the car was fine. However, when I booked through your company, and then you subcontracted the fare out, somehow 4:45PM turned in to 4:45AM - when I called and asked for help to ameliorate this and ensure the drive would show up, I was told that it wasn't your responsibility because another company had done the booking. BUT YOU WERE THE COMPANY THAT TOOK PAYMENT. Sub-par service, will not use you again.
