This was honestly one of the most amazing experiences of my life! Although we didn't get to see all of the big five, we saw plenty of animals right away including wilderbeasts, rhinos, hippos, giraffes, elephants, zebra, etc... Our tour guide was amazing, super informative and very nice. We were picked up on time from our AirBnB in Sandton and the drive was about 2 hours but totally worth it. I definitely recommend this activity.

Words cannot describe how great of a tour this was. My wife and I went in August during our honeymoon off-season tour in Zouth Afrika so our tour guide Mark was able to give us a personal tour. He was funny and quite knowledgeable. We saw all the big game. We could not ask for a better trip. Well worth it for this lifetime of memories.

Although the driver had a breakdown and arrived late to pick us up we had an amazing day, private tour with flexibility and a wonderful tour guide. For the limited time spent in the game reserve we were able to see a large variety of game!

This tour is Half good, half bad. In the morning you have the chance to experience the Pilanesberg reserve, which is really special. We could see a lot of animals and the reserve itself is very beautiful. Just be patient with the restaurant in the Pilanesberg Center : they usually won't have what you want to eat or drink and the food is quite bad. I was Lucky and my order was ok, but my friends fish and chip was terrible. _br/_
The second part of the tour is a waste of time (and Money) because this tour is not cheap. When we arrived at SUN CITY we found out that we could only see the external part of the resort and the access to most of the attractions were private to the resort guests. The only thing we could see was a big Garden in the golf course and the backyard of the Valley of Waves. We we're very disappointed. Besides, what we saw was an oldfashioned resort made in the 90's and that nowadays looks like my grandmother's house. It is not Worth going. Try only the first part of the package.

The view of flora and fauna in Pilanesberg was nice. Sun City was fun, but make sure the waiters don't overcharge you. We had a big problem with Mark's behavior as a tour guide. He was frequently checking his mobile phone, including texting while driving. If you like roller coasters, you might like Mark's driving with swerving, dangerous lane changes, and following cars too closely.

This trip was amazing. There were seven of us on the trip so we had a small minibus to drive us up there. The driver pointed out lots of interesting things on the drive. We managed to get a whole safari jeep to ourselves other jeeps were full with 25 people on board (I think other people were jealous). We then went off to sun city and spent a few hours in Valley of Waves. This was an extra £12 and we were only there for two hours but we enjoyed it. A very enjoyable day.
