They do a good job of keeping you safe, and driving these little bugs is definitely a blast. But the waterfalls in the title is a big misleading. You don't go very far into the countryside. There is some pretty scenery. If you go, wear a jacket and warm sweatshirt because you're going to be exposed, like on a motorcycle. The so-called ponchos they provide are a joke.

It was an amazing experience! The tour guides were very informative, as well as fun! A great adventure to do on the Island, and on our Honeymoon. We recommend this 100 a MUST do!

Had an amazing time Our guides Koa and Abe were wonderful. The gas fumes were a bit much by the end but the mud was expected. Wear your bathing suit under the t-shirts and shorts they offer. The history of the valley and bunkers was a great touch and of course the scenes shot for movies were very familiar. Loved the waterfalls and ponds got off some of the mud My only suggestion is to make the address for GPS clearer, we weren't the only ones who got lost and waited for the last couple awhile before they finally found us. The first address is private house. And 2nd address is not on the right if you're coming from the first, nor is the building beige/tan...it's green. But all in all it was a great excursion.

Don't bother wasting your money!!! This tour is not exactly as Viator explains it. There is only one waterfall not two. There are no sandwiches you only get chips and a drink. Don't know why Viator has you list what type of sandwich you want. Kauai ATV Tours vehicles were all faulty. Out of the seven groups that were on the tour 5 of the vehicles had to be replaced during the tour. Spent most of the tour sitting on the side of the road waiting for replacement vehicles. At our first stop one couple's vehicle had no steering control at all. The second stop another vehicle had to be replaced to not starting up and had blue smoke coming out of while driving. The third stop our vehicle had to be replaced due to no suspension and brakes not working and we had a bald tire while the others looked brand new. When they brought us a replacement it still did not have breaks. We were not the only ones complaining about not having breaks that worked. Another couple ended up leaving the tour early because of not have workable breaks and steering did not work properly either. They did not feel safe to continue on with the tour. At the end of the tour every one seemed very unhappy and dissatisfied with the tour. Their equipment is not safe and we asked around the island at other tour agency's and they all said the same thing. They don't recommend them due to faulty equipment. I booked this tour for my husbands birthday and was very upset that it turned out to be a disaster.

Absolutely amazing! the tour takes you through many historical areas throughout Kauai, even showing you where they filmed multiple movies such as Jurassic Park! The tour guides were very fun and knowledgeable about the island and they clearly enjoyed their jobs. You get very dirty on the trip which is a lot of fun and you get to wash it all off in a beautiful natural waterfall and also visit one of the first WWII bunkers built on the island. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to going back for the zip line adventure as well.

I would like to say that the tour guides for the Off-Road Tour of Kauai Waterfalls were knowledgeable and were excellent with using their safety guidelines. The waterfall was pretty cool and was definitely the highlight of the trip. Since there was no rain for a few days, I nick named the Mud Bug ride to the Dust Bug ride.

This was such a fun off-road tour! I loved the views and getting muddy! The tour guides were very nice, but I wish the guides were a little more professional. Our guide was only 18-19 years old and although he knew the area well and was able to list all the movies that were filmed in the surrounding area, but I expected a little more information about Kauai culture, food, history. Otherwise, the trip was great!

This adventures was fun when we were actually riding the quad. There was a lot of down time and break downs. Only saw one waterfall. This site said there would be a picnic lunch served. We got a bag of chips and water or juice. Boy were we hungry when we were done! We felt that the company was very unorganized. Our tour guide Bri seemed to be bored and not fun at all._br/_ Check out the water tubing tour. Very organized and fun people!_br/_ I would do another Off-Road tour, but not with this company

The guide was GREAT! It was so much from driving around the the dirt roads. The waterfall we stopped at was small, but so much fun to swim in! Highly recommend doing this if in the area!!!!

Great tour. We had a wonderful time. The tour guides were young and energetic and tried to make it a fun event. For others who are interested, two recommendations: 1- Be sure you borrow the clothes that they offer you to wear. EVERYTHING on you will be covered in mud. 2- Ask how many vehicles will be on the tour. We had about 12 which was 4-6 too many. A smaller group would have been better.

My husband and I had a blast. Our ATV broke down at the waterfall, but the staff let us drive one of theirs, so we didn and #39;t miss any of the experience. And if it has rained recently, prepare to get covered in mud. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

The title of this tour is misleading. There was only one waterfall that I wouldn't even call it that. I've seen better ones in the Midwest. I wish there were more uneven terrains and more challenging roads. Most of the time we were cruising along, quite boring.

What a trip!! Never been that muddy ever! What fun it was. Glad I took a plastic trash bag to put my stuff in. Had a great time. My daughter drove the bug and she delighted in trying to find places to get me more muddy! Just know it is VERY bumpy and you get extremely dirty.....that's all part of the fun! Go for it!

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour 18 May 16! Scenery was gorgeous, guides were great and the food was good and we were pretty hungry by the time we got to the falls. The falls were beautiful, water was a bit cold for us Floridians but jumping in from the cliff cured the hesitancy to wade in. It had been very dry for a number of days so it started off real dusty but they provide helmet, googles and a free bandana for each rider and you will need it for the dust. We got lucky as it started to rain about 1/4 of the way and really knocked the dust down which also made it slippery and the trails even more fun.

The ATV adventure was great. You will get wet, you will get muddy, and you will have fun! Our guide did a great job in preparing us for what was ahead. He also took the time to explain about the surroundings like the Wilcox tunnel, waterfalls, World War II bunkers, and beautiful scenery where the movies come alive.

Was fun driving the buggy, seeing the scenery. Tour guide stopped frequently to point out movie locations, sites and explain interesting facts about where and what we seeing. We visited a WWII bunker. At the waterfall, we were able to go into it to wade, swim and/or jump off the falls. I recommend the PBJ for lunch. You will get dirty, but they will provide clothes you can wear and a place to rinse off afterward.
