I hope this message will reach your Cochin office. I was picked up at the airport by Kejeesh - 9846778812 and Premian - 9946386034 when I arrived at the airport. I had not received the message that I would have to spend the night in a hotel and wanted to go straight to the ship. They were wonderful. I asked to be taken to the ship and they said they would try but they didn't think I would be able to get on the ship. Turns out that I was able to board the ship. I had a letter from the people in charge with a phone number for the Port Agent. He was called and he took care of everything. I did board the ship. I wanted to let you know that you have wonderful people working for you and I hope you share this message with them. Both Kejeesh and Premian helped make sure I boarded the ship that night. I will not forget it and I will definitely recommend Viator.com to my friends. Thank you and again please inform them how pleased I was with their service and of course Viator.com.
