You could not ram any more persons into the chopper. No option to have a window seat. No option offered. Informative scenic trip out to the grand canyon then we were left at an Indian tourist trap for an hour, then bolted home with no opportunity to see any features of the canyon at all. B grade tour. No recommended.

Got collected from our hotel. Need to be honest about weight as they do weigh you safety first. Six of us per helicopter, plenty of room. Pilot very good giving full commentary about the area and what we were flying over. My whole trip to Las Vegas was worth it just for this, you can't believe just how great it is until you experience it. Highly recommend.

Helicopter was a great way to see the canyon. The tour operator picks you up and brings you to Boulder city, about 20 minutes from Vegas. We were taken on the helicopter straight away - no hanging around.

Had a great experience but very disappointed never received my video that I paid 164.62 for. The helicopter was very cramped with 4 big adults in the back seat. Consequently it got very warm in there too - fortunately I was by the window as otherwise I wouldnt have seen hardly anything. _br/_ The pit stop was a bit of a anticlimax. We were a long way from the canyon and therefore unable to get any pics of views into the canyon. _br/_ Altogether a little disappointing.

I surprised my husband with this tour for his 50th birthday...although he was very happy with this tour. I was extremely disappointed. All the staff and pilot was very professional and knowledgable . I had done this tour with a different company in the past and was very excited to share this experience with my husband. The description was not clear and has since changed. There was not a landing at the floor of the grand canyon and no lunch was supplied. Also the price was 100 per person more than the advertised price now A week later. The landing at the airport was a total waste of time. The company should never put 6 adults plus pilot in this vessel... way to crowded and uncomfortable. I would recommend this tour if you just want a helicopter ride. I was not the only person on this tour that was mislead.

The helicopter tour was an anniversary event to celebrate 47 years of marriage. The idea was great but the experience was amazing. Having only been on one of these I can't make comparisons but I can say that having a pilot like Tyler had to have been the foundation of amaze in amazing. After spending time in the military, in a helicopter air cavalry unit, I know the difference between a good and great pilot. Tyler is definitely a great pilot. Experience amazing on one of these tours. i would recommend this tour to the highest.

This was a truly unforgettable part of our US trip. A 5-Star service was received from collection from our hotel where we were taken a short journey to the airport. Our pilot for the day was Matt who made a great introduction to himself and to the the helicopter. Matt provided a safe and an-all round fantastic experience from start to finish. Matt was very experienced in both flight of the helicopter and also in his description of various aspects of the tour from the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Grand Canyon itself which enhanced the experience by having him in control. I would have no hesitation recommending both Matt and this company to anyone who wishes to see the Grand Canyon. Having now both taken a bus 8-10 hours most of which was travel and now a helicopter to the Grand Canyon, I would always recommend taking to the air to see this Wonder of the World. Amazing way to see the Canyon if you don't have time for a real visit where you can hike down at least a little. Some waiting around at the beginning and end of the trip at the airstrip, but comfortable waiting area. The landing at the gift shop about 2 miles from the Canyon is not really worth the extra time, unless you really really really want to get your souvenirs locally sort of at the Canyon _br/_ Our pilot, Jackie, was terrific. Smooth ride, even where the weather wasn't perfect, and very knowledgable.

Took this tour on Tuesday 18th April. I have done a similar tour some years ago with another company but 5 star really lived up to its name. We had a perfect day weather wise. Our pilot Thomas was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, offering us much information about the locale as well as the geometry of the Grand Canyon. The flight was an experience not to be missed. All in all the company were very professional and safety was of foremost paramount. Would recommend this as a must do in Vegas.
