Take a deluxe helicopter tour from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon West Rim. At the Grand Canyon, you'll have time to explore its beauty on your own and then take an optional helicopter tour down to a private bluff in the canyon. At the West Rim, you'll also have the option to walk on the Skywalk, a glass-bottom walkway that extends out over the edge of the Grand Canyon.
Your excursion from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon begins with a scenic helicopter flight over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Fortification Hill and Temple Rock. Fly through the majestic Grand Canyon as you head towards your primary destination, the Grand Canyon West Rim. Upon landing, you will have approximately 3.5 hours to explore and take in the various overlooks and highlights of Grand Canyon West Rim. Enjoy a meal at the viewpoint of your choice.
You'll visit Eagle Point, home to the Skywalk. Upgrade and add the Skywalk onto your tour. The Skywalk is a glass-bottom walking surface that suspends more than 4,000 feet (1219m) above the Grand Canyon and extends more than 70 feet (21m) out from the edge.
At Guano Point, visit Highpoint Hike, where you'll see breathtaking panoramic views of the Grand Canyon and Colorado River. Also see remnants of a historic tram that stretched 8,800 feet (2682m) across the canyon to a guano mine discovered in the 1930s. Visit the Hualapai Ranch where you can go horseback riding. Choose from several horseback riding options, including a 30-minute trail ride that takes you to the canyon rim or an arena ride (additional fee). Also at the ranch there is cowboy entertainment, wagon rides, roping demonstrations and more.
Finally, if you select the helicopter upgrade option, you’ll fly down to a private bluff at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. You'll descend and land 3,500 feet (1066m) below the rim where you will enjoy the mystique and grandeur of the Grand Canyon from an exclusive landing site only 300 feet (91 meters) above the mighty Colorado River. Enjoy this breathtaking setting and make sure to bring your camera for one-of-a-kind photo opportunities. The activity lasts approximately 40 minutes and features 20 minutes at the bottom of the canyon.
Please note: Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.
First flight in helicopter but pilot made us feel very safe and we all had a chance to be in the front seats. Trip was amazing had a great commentary on points of interest and saw the Grand Canyon at its best. Trip to bottom was awesome

My husband and I loved every bit of this trip, it was one of the highlights of an amazing holiday. The helicopter journey was amazing, it was our first time in a helicopter and I couldn't get over how smooth a ride it was. The pilot was excellent, had plenty of local knowledge and encouraged us to ask any questions. The below the rim landing was worth the extra money, as it gave you a totally different perspective of the canyon. There was time to take plenty of photos and explore a small area. The skywalk was a fantastic experience although I couldn't bring myself to look down below my feet to the base, but my husband did. You can't take anything onto the skywalk so you are given a locker for your things. There are a few photographers on the skywalk taking photos you can buy after, but be prepared to queue for this. We had to wait approx half an hour. The photos were brilliant though and we bought the full set. There is plenty of opportunity to take your own photos of the canyon at the 2 different stop offs, and it is truly spectacular.

Trip of a lifetime. This was a gift for my boyfriend's 30th. I can't recommend it enough, from the correspondence before being picked up to the pick up to the actual fights, it was all amazing. Our pilot, Pete, was exceptional, friendly and informative. We paid extra to fly down into the Canyon and this was amazing, definitely do this instead of the skywalk. I can't recommend this enough!!!

This tour is way too rushed and there is not enough time to see, do and enjoy the tour and the place. Paid for lunch and did not have enough time to even consider stopping to line up to get it. Very disappointed in this tour for the amount of money I paid and the tour needs to be extended by at least 1 hour to allow for the time spent waiting to move from one site to the next.

A worthwhile helicopter journey with a knowledgeable and efficient pilot. The Skywalk experience was poor in that visitors HAVE TO use the official photographer and visitors are herded through from start to finish - not worth doing. The lunch and its setting at the view point was memorable though being left to one's own devices to get around visits to the Skywalk and the view point was not anticipated nor explained fully.

This was the most awesome experience I have ever been on!! I had never flown in a helicopter before but Kyle made it real easy to jump in and go. The below the rim experience was a trip of a lifetime. The only way to get to where we were was by helicopter and that makes for a unique experience. The Skywalk was amazing being able to see down below your feet 4000 ft. Kyle our pilot was wonderful telling us all about the things we were seeing which was so informative. I would encourage anyone to go on this one of a kind experience.

It was a great first trip to the Grand Canyon. Our pilot, Miguel, was awesome! While on the ground you get three stops. Spend no more than 30 minutes at the first two, as you will want plenty of time for the 3rd stop - where the views are the best. This trip was totally worth it and we would do it again!

Helicopter is definitely the way to go, shaved many hours off a bus tour with the same destinations. A small group of 6 or 7 people under the guidance of a knowledgeable pilot suited me fine. I wanted to get down closer to the Colorado river and look up at the canyon walls, so the optional Below-the-Rim landing was great for that. Skywalk didn't feel as exposed as I thought it would be, so if you are only a little bit afraid of heights, have a go - it felt very safe to me.

From start to finish, this tour was amazing. our pilot was excellent and gave great commentary during the helicopter ride. We landed below the rim which was well worth it, we had time to take photos and enjoy the view before we headed back up! There is a bus service which takes you to the 3 areas. The first being the ranch we didn't get off here we carried on to the second stop to take in the views which were brilliant, but the most spectacular viewing area is Guano point. We had our lunch here, which was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this trip and I would go again myself.

This trip puts the WOW in WOW. First time ever visiting the Grand Canyon and to get to see if via air was even better. We had Capt. Keith flying our helicopter and he was a terrific guide and a highly skilled pilot. Flyovers on the Hoover Dam was a bonus. Flying into the Grand Canyon, the helicopter just gets sucked into the scale of how big it is. Recommend you take the early morning tour to avoid all the tourists coming in by bus as once you get to the landing area for the lookouts and Skywalk, that line can be quite long to get on the bus and you only have so much time at each stop. The Skywalk was a glad I can check it off the bucket list. You can't bring a camera out there, but they will take your photo of you. Pretty nifty to actually walk right out over the canyon. Lots of spots for other photos. Grab your lunch at this stop as the main transportation hub doesn't honor the lunch coupon. The flight down to the canyon floor was probably the best part of the trip. This is the sound of silence. Amazing. Saw it above, below inside, one happy birthday boy.

It is not the South rim or the north rim. But this was very convenient and the west rim allows you to helicopter in to the floor. Also the skywalk allows you to walk out aver the canyon and look straight down 4000 feet.

Helicopter excellent. No photos despite being given card with ref number and no feedback yet from customer service skywalk photos. So in reality, as no cameras allowed on skywalk I am disgusted at the level of trip device and a spoilt birthday surprise. No rating low enough. I paid approx 1k euros for this disaster_br/_
