Casey was great and led a wonderful trip to the Arch and back. Safety was key, which was appreciated and we had a chance to snorkel around Pelican Rock. One drawback and not the fault of anyone was that there were many boats around the Pelican Rock, which made the water getting to the roped off swimming area a little gasoline-y.

thought the experience was good. Good for beginners. Water was a bit rough but not terrible. Tour guide did not go into the water when we snorkeled, he sat in the Kayak, but did watch us. Better be prepared to know how to get in and out of the kayak from the deep water, after you snorkel. The water is deep, and there is no way you can put your feet on the ground for support. the instructor, was able to pull us up from our vest. wear the fins, that will help guild you in the current. The water is strong. Fish were great, especially by the big rock. Tour guide could not go to the arch, water was to rough, so our tour was cut short... which I believe was a rip off, we did not have our watches on so we thought the tour was done.. it would have been nice to have more time with the snorkeling instead. KC and Ismael were great tour guides and very experienced help! We started kayaking in pairs for 1 mile, snorkeled at Bahia Sta. Maria, then kayaked another 2 miles to El Chileno. All along, they guided and encouraged us. It was a difficult , yet a fun and exciting experience for us in our 60's, and the kids 22-27 also did have a workout! Would truly recommend, wear suncreen and a hat, and ENJOY!_br/_ We even got a photo of a sting ray jump!

We had booked a Wednesday trip through Viator, but the tour company could not fit us in and we were bumped to Thursday...oh well. However, Thursday turned out to be very windy so the sea was rough that day, my friends. The guides diverted our trip from the Arch to Santa Marina Bay and Chileno Beach. We realize they did it for our safety and it was very much appreciated, but it was still kind of a bummer to book an Arch tour and end up elsewhere. We were never offered the option to cancel because of the booking oversight and change of location, which I would recommend they consider going forward. Anyway, the actual experience was fantastic and the guides, Ishmael and Israel, were very friendly, helpful and full of knowledge of the sea and Cabo-area as a whole.

Guides were excellent we had already seen the Arch so they volunteered to take us to two other snorkeling areas which were great to see as well as the whales breaching. The company and guides were EXCELLENT.

Casey and Israel were such awesome guides since we had 2 out of the 5 girls kayaking and they went out of their way to making sure we had a great time! The fish were better - -prettier and more plentiful than Hawaii.

This activity is a must! We had never kayaked before but our guides took care of us and made us feel safe. The small grouping of this activity also allowed for our guides to give us their full attention. We especially liked the snorkeling where our guide educated us on all of the sea life swimming around us. This activity was well worth the cost.

Definitely the highlight of my trip to Los Cabos! I had never been sea kayaking but Ishmael made it a very fun and relaxing experience. The beaches were clean and beautiful...the water cool and clear. We spotted a whale and rays while kayaking...angel fish, octopus, stone fish and puffer fish while snorkeling. A great way to spend a morning in Los Cabos. Ishmael and Marianna were super guides...warm and friendly people!_br/_

Great trip, but it is too overpriced. You can get better deals if you negotiate in person. Friends of mine got the same trip for much less not booking through Viator.
