One whole day of shopping, we were picked up from our hotel and taken to the mall. Given two options to either return at 3pm or 8pm. All the best shops and eateries you could ask for.

Good transport and friendly staff but we were given the wrong times for pick up and return so didn't get to spend as much time at the mall as we would have liked.

bus going back to southbeach was full had to stand up the whole trip. not pleasant at all

The tour bus arrived on time. The staff was professional and efficient and even though we were the only group going to the mall it was a seamless drop off / pick up. Dolphin Mall is a must do for the shopaholics!
