Paid for upgrade but didnt get any upgrades. No 10 discount. No priority boarding. No 10 Euro lunch coupon. A complete ripoff to upgrade. The mall was wonderful similar to any American premium outlet mall. No disappointment with the mall, just the unfulfilled and unrealized premium upgrade which should be avoided.

Though a fairly long drive out of the city - about 1.5 hours each way - the coach bus was comfortable. It looked like it had a restroom on board, but unfortunately, it seemed to have been locked. There's no rest stop along the way. There are a lot of high end shops at Serravalle Outlets, and when I went, the January Saldi sales had just begun, so there were lines just to get into the high end shops. Most other shops, though, did not have lines formed outside. There are many shops that you won't find back in the U.S. and I found different products there than I did at the same shops in Milan. I found a pamphlet in Milan for the outlet whereby filling the form gets you 10 off regular priced items if you take it to Guest Services. The bus dropped us off and picked us up near Guest Services, so I recommend getting your discount card before shopping, if you're not there during one of the sales seasons.

The VIP discount mentioned in the description does not exist. Per the tour operator staff, the Outlet no longer offers such discount. Suggest Viator amend the description if this is the case. Otherwise, it is either misleading, or the tour operator lied.

Booking was quick but there was confusion at the supplier Van Viaggi because although Viator has given me a voucher to say it's a 930 departure, the supplier system had said 10 am. Thankfully the operator had let us through but Viator should fix this bug with their supplier?

Great space for shopping italian brands and some others... Do not buy the VIP experience. The operators doest know whats that, they have to read their own brochure and the driver doesnt do anything like pre boarding etc. They do not speak english. My experience was not very good because something mechanical happened to the bus in the way back to Milán and he wast able to communicate the incident, so we waited for almost 40 minutes in the highway not knowing anything and then another bus arrived, but it had little spaces so not everybody could jump and it was like the hunger games for a seat...

On retrieving our voucher for an upgraded experience, we were given basic vouchers below half of what we had paid! As the bus was about to leave, we boarded - at the same time as others with the upgraded priority vouchers. There was no priority boarding at either end of the day, plus we missed out on the lunch vouchers we had paid for. Although I have sent an email to Viator on the same day, I have had no reply. The outlet itself was a good day, however it would have been much easier and cheaper to obtain our tickets just prior to boarding the bus.

Selections are quite limited at Serravalle. Love the punctual and comfortable bus though.
