Our departure pickup ran very smoothly. At first there was a little issue with where to meet our driver, since he was waiting in the back of the hotel and we were waiting in the front, but once that was resolved our car ride was great! Out driver chatted with us about our time in Niagara, asked us about the sites we saw, and even pointed out some things we hadn't seen on the ride there. He was very courteous and professional. We arrived at the airport in a timely manner._br/_ I would definitely, highly recommend booking this!

Driver was on time, car was spotless. Navigated across Canadian border with ease and delivered to the front door of our hotel. The driver was very kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for a stress-free beginning to your trip.

Our driver was late to pick us up - they did call to let me know he would be about 15 minutes late. When I called to confirm 24 hours in advance - the local company had no record. The viator people were helpful and confirmed for me. I wasn't at all impressed with the local company - just not very nice. But viator was good to work with.

had ordered a limo pick up was disappointed (they have taken the limo off service) was good to have private pick up for 5 meant no waiting and a pleasant driver. Driver took us the extra mile showing us the American side of falls before heading to airport, lucky had no hold up at the boarder for customs.

Driver had to come from buffalo to pick us up on Canadian side then back again to buffalo. We didn't know this. He got caught at boarder crossing. We waited an hour I had to ring 3 times to see what was happening. I know it's not drivers fault but a phone call frm them to us to keep us informed would have stopped the stress. I was worried we would miss flight. All was good but communication to client would have been good. Driver very sorry and was lovely

Highly recommend using the transfer service. Clean comfortable ride and no worries about where to pick up the rental care and drop it off and budgeting time to do so. It's like having a local drive you around because they know the areas. Would easily do it again. George was great.
