Upon arriving to Papeete Airport, the host was patiently awaiting for us and took us directly to our transportation. The drive to the hotel was smooth and we felt safe. The driver was professional and respectful.

Our driver was there on our arrival as promised. We asked her if she could drive us around the island and she was very accommodating. We were interested in golfing so she took us to the course on the island so we could check it out. Waited for us while we had breakfast and offered to take us shopping. Much nicer then using the bigger shuttle services.

My flight was cancelled because of Air Tahiti but they helped me rebook. Got the later flight but the hotel didn't have a place with AC to wait for 5 hours :-

The transfer from airport to cruise port went very smoothly. Our driver was waiting for us and gave us a bit of commentary during the trip. The flower leis were a nice touch. Everything was as advertised.
