The transfer was good, however it would be better if they can use a smaller size bus. We had to wait over half an hour for the other passengers since it is a big bus. It may better better to take a taxi if you have more than two people.

Once thu customs, we easily found our driver. The transport company had a white board listing my name, so we knew where we should be. Our driver was helpful and professional.

A very accommodating company, changed our tour time. A simple and easy way to see and learn about the history of Papeete. Hardest part for us was to find where to pick up the train.

They were waiting for us with a sign with our name and a lovely lei. We rode with a nice British couple who we later became friends with on the upcoming cruise. It was a transfer, no thrills, but it went without a hitch which is what we all hope for when we travel.

Good service but the arrival area can get busy and quite chaotic with competing businesses. Found our name on a whiteboard and were quickly assisted. Would I use the service again? With the benefit of knowledge gained the answer is no. It is much cheaper to get a taxi and save heaps. A taxi for two people as opposed to a shared van costs 2000 XPF plus 100 per luggage. In all we paid the equivalent of 22 USD compared to USD 80 for this transfer booked on Viator

We arrived after 11pm and were very pleased to have arranged our pick up. We had to wait with another passenger for 20 mins or so before they loaded us into the van and delivered us to our hotel. The greeters were friendly and it was a short ride.

Getting through immigration at Papeete took an hour so it was lovely to be greeted by a gentleman holding a beautiful fragrant lei. I was directed to a bus and was on my way within five minutes. As it was six o'clock in the morning the traffic was good and after making two quick stops I arrived at my hotel thirty minutes after departing the airport. So glad after taking a red eye to have the transfer organized. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Excellent service. We were met at the airport arrival door by our driver with our name on a placard and a welcoming smile. Efficient and pleasant, we were in our hotel room the Pearl Beach Resort 7 kms on the other side of Papeete within about 40 minutes of touchdown. Not speeding though!
