Booked a transfer from the Sarah Nui Hotel to the airport before leaving Australia as we had little idea of the availability of local taxis._br/_ I know now not to book any transfers shared or otherwise via Viator. How can you justify paying 400 more for a shared transfer?_br/_ We got a taxi when we returned from Bora Bora to this very hotel and it cost 20 XPF US 20 just two of us, yet it costs 80 US for two to book via Viator? Unjustified! _br/_ Take a taxi, it is only fifteen minutes to the hotel and the people are polite and speak your language._br/_ Oh by the way the transfer was late and it was a big coach and thankfully no one came on at the cruise terminal or we would have been _br/_ Rushing to the airport!

This was a good tour of the island. Very informative. The tour guide was very talkative and knowledgeable about the culture. This took up a lot of time before our flight. I would include a stop to pick up snacks. It's long tour without food.

Friendly driver arrived at our hotel on time, actually early, and greeted all passengers with a beautiful shell lei, handled all luggage and immediately took off for the airport. Arrived in plenty of time and hassle free. Very satisfied with all aspects of this transfer and would highly recommend.

We were departing PPT on an international flight at 11pm, and the bus came to pick us up at 9pm. It all worked out, but it was a little close getting through check in and security at the airport. The bus was not labeled with Tahiti Nui Travel, so we nearly missed it at our hotel.

Our driver was right on time for a 4:30 am pickup. Quite and efficient which was what was appropriate for the early hour. Other passengers kept us waiting for 15 minutes which was a bit annoying. Next time we might book a private transfer to avoid this.

When I made a reservation with Viator, I did not know what to expect and was worried if it will work._br/_ My expectation was exceeded. When we disembarked from the cruise ship, the driver was already was waiting for us. He had a big sign with our names, so we noticed him right away. He was very professional and even presented us with little souvenirs.

Transfer went smoothly. Driver met us with our names on a sign. Took us in a full size bus to the airport in air-conditioned comfort. Only difficulty was communicating with the vendor by email for a pick up time, it took multiple emails until they responded.
