Firstly, I just want to say Errol was amazing - he's a lovely guy who clearly knows loads about his homeland and loves it._br/_ This tour though I felt a little rushed - I was expecting to get out of the car and look at different things in the city - rather than just do a driveby,...I know the traffic was bad, so maybe that was why? _br/_ Everything else was fine - not overwhelmingly good - but definitely not bad. _br/_ I feel they aren't quite set up for tourism here properly yet, so just starting to scratch the surface...

Norman our driver was very knowledgeable of Trini history, and buildings- We had a great time with him touring city of Port of Spain-seen a lot, bought souvenirs - went to Maracas Bay for lunch and ate at Richards shark and bake, delicious, would recommend to anyone to ask for Norman to take Trinidad highlights and scenic drive tour.

We have never been to Trinidad, so we wanted to see the city we were staying in. Since we don't sit at the beach, we didn't want to spend the time and money for a beach tour, to be there for an hour or so then leave. This tour satisfied both desires in one trip. _br/_ Errol was our tour guide and he is so knowledgeable about the island. We toured Port of Spain and saw the Red House and many other historic sights. Errol even knew of the events happening around town that week to recommend other exciting things to do. _br/_ We then ventured over the mountains to Maracas Bay beach. It is awesome. While there, we had a chance to try Bake and Shark! Again, Errol knew exactly where to go. We then ventured back to town. It was a great 1/2 day trip and well worth it.

Errol, the tour guide was a few minutes late but once he got there and we get to know him, he was awesome. He was very patient and took us where we want to go. He also made a few good suggestions. This tour is great, I highly recommend it and I highly _br/_ recommend Errol so you can request him when you book a tour in Trinidad.

It was an amazing experience, thanks to our tour guide Errol. He arrived on time and started driving us around the city at first and stopping at points of interest . He helped us in understanding the culture and history of Trinidad with his experience and knowledge. He even offered to stop at specific points so that we could take pictures! The scenic drive through the rainforest was beautiful and picturesque. We drove to Maracas beach and spent time there savoring the beauty of the beach. We also dined on the local food there, bake and shark, something very good and also enjoyed local music! All in all a very worthwhile experience, thanks to Errol!

Errol was our wonderful guide for this Scenic Drive. He had a wealth of knowledge about the island and made Trinidad come alive for us. We saw much of vegetation, beautiful beaches, and ate a shark sandwich. Errol loved photography and he was always willing to slow down or pull over for pictures. He knew the history of the island and shared it with us as we went along. This a wonderful way to be introduced to Trinidad and a great tour.

Tour guide, Ulric, made my afternoon so interesting. He was extremely knowledgeable about his country and spent the whole time passing on his knowledge to me. Beautiful drive to Maracas Bay with a delicious bake and shark lunch. Then Ulric drove me around the streets of POS. Highly recommend this tour

We were driven past places but given very little history about the places or their cultural significance. Our driver instead talked about current politics 20 of the time and self-promotion 80 of the time with clear expectations of being gifted generously. Errol told us he had an elderly woman take him to a car dealership to buy him a new car wonder how much he pressured her into doing it? and described other gifts given to him. Very high pressure.

We took the morning tour on Friday and I have to say the traffic was very hectic however we got to see a lot in half a day! Norman was very informative and we enjoyed our bake and shark and the views of Trinidad! The free time at Maracas was just what we needed after a hectic day driving in Trinidad

The freelance guide was excellent. But the tour company was giving him wrong information e.g., pick-up times, which caused confusion.
