This was such an easy way to get from Puerto Plata airport to our hotel and from our hotel back to the airport. Once you leave the airport, look for the man wearing orange and holding up your name. We were fortunate to be the only people in the van so we got to speak with the driver and he pointed out some cool sights. Our driver was so kind, funny, and very helpful. The van is air-conditioned with comfy seats and was very safe. We will definitely recommend this and will do so again!

This was a hassle-free trip from the airport and back. Once I arrived and followed the instructions, they were easy to find. They gave me a return voucher with a pick-up time right there. Most places will tell you to talk to such-and-such representative at the hotel to get your return voucher and then you find out that person doesn't work at the hotel the whole time and is only there certain hours, and you already have things booked, etc., so you end up wasting valuable vacation time chasing someone down and it's really only so that person can talk to you and try to sell you more tours, so this was a refreshing change from that in that they just give you your voucher, and my return back to the airport was also great and hassle-free.

We got picked up both times by Spanish speaking drivers, which was fine with us, but just so people know you may have to specify you need an english speaker or find a different company. Getting picked up from the airport we were on our own which was cool. Getting picked up from the resort there were two other people in the van that seemed to be in a hurry. When I had called the company to see what time we were to be picked up they said 12:20pm, and the driver got there early and was rushing us along with the two others waiting in the van. So I don't know if the times were mixed up or what, but we were rushed to leave which sucked because we were still checking out. But overall it was a fine experience.
