We had to get our own transportation to the first Meeting place, were transported in a small bus by a grouchy, non helpful man to a second meeting place, and waited in a crowded area for the final tour bus. But that driver and that tour guide were outstanding. I do not understand why the tour bus could not have picked us up at the first meeting place since it was right on the tour. I enjoyed the views and information and would definitely take the tour again.

The first half hour was spent picking up other passengers at various locations. Then we drove around and without stopping, we heard a little bit of info. We didn't! Hear anything about the Champlain statue or park and we didn't stop to get off the bus except for a bathroom break at the fort._br/_ All in all it was a poorly organized trip. We had to walk about a half mile to return to our original starting point._br/_ I would not recommend this to anyone else.

We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was fantastic..very knowledgable and interesting . A very good all around intro to the city. We only had to walk a short distance from the pier to pick up the bus...but found meeting point very hectic and understaffed. Only disappointment was we had to get on one bus that took us to another spot to pick up our bus and this did take some time away from our tour time.

Half the time was spent picking up and dropping off others in bad traffic. Only time outside bus was behind fence in front of Parliament building (under reconstruction)! No time off bus anywhere in Old City. All pictures from inside bus. Useless and frustrating tour. Poor itinerary.

Excellent tour. Representative was at bus departure point early and was very professional. Bus driver was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Tour covered all major points of interest and we had an excellent drive through the city. Highly recommend!!!

We were not real pleased with the tour. We arrived at the designated spot and had to wait in the hot sun without any place to sit for about 20-30. When the bus arrived, 10 minutes late, we first saw a new tour bus pull up and we thought it was perfect, but then a second bus pulled up, it looked like a retired, retro-fitted school bus. It was definitely older and had an A/C unit in the middle of the bus which was not real functional. others complained about it being hot. The driver was knowledgeable, but we were not impressed. We were overall disappointed especially when based upon the description we had read prior to purchasing the excursion.

Good tour for an overview of the city. We walked back to many of the interesting sites to get pictures because there were no opportunities to take pictures without window reflections on the tour bus.

Great trip. Pick-up point at Museum of Civilization was very close to the cruise terminal. The driver/guide was excellent. He was very informative as we drove through the Old Port and Town and then we continued to other areas of Quebec including the beautiful park area of the Plains of Abraham. The driver gave us the choice of leaving us at the top of the Old Town beside the Hotel Chateau Frontenac or returning us to the Museum of Civilization. We choose to leave at the Chateau and were so glad we did. The Chateau was so grand and the walk downsteep in places through the Old Town had a great many old buildings with small individual shops selling a variety of goods.We went in October and most places had Halloween decorations very festive.

This Bus Tour was very helpful when we arrived in Quebec City to see the highlights and find our way around. We were also given a very thorough history lesson as we were driven around. I would have liked to have stopped for a few minutes at a couple of the special sites, especially for those who were not staying more than a day while on a cruise. We stayed 2 more days in the city so were able to go back to our favorite sites.

Our guide JeanPierre was excellent well versed and knowledgeable. He packed so much information into two hours it was almost overwhelming. He handled a potential unpleasant passenger exchange very professionally. The only negative was the confusion at the start of the tour locating twelve missing clients. There was no signage nor representative where we were told to meet the bus. Very confusing. If your looking for a two hr. City tour with minimal walking, then this is a good choice.
