This is a difficult review to write. The quality of the food and champagne was excellent , the service was good and the bus was nice. The problem lies in the representation of the trip. In reading the information about the tour we expected to visit a vineyard and assumed that included a winery. We also had the impression that the customers would help prepare the food. Instead we were bused outside the city and parked alongside a vineyard and told to walk around while the food was repaired. Then sat at tables on the bus and had a picknick lunch with champagne. There was no tour at all. We learned nothing about the food or wine. Would have gotten more from a dinner with a good waiter. We then drove back into town and were dropped off. No opportunity to purchase any wines, no touring information, nothing to really remember other than a picknick experience. To further add to the disappointment, there were 13 people on the tour and they only had seating for 10 at the table so 3 of us ate separate from the group. This does not make one feel included in the group. This is the first time I have left a 1 star review on Viator. We should get our money back.
