The tour bus arrived on time and after another couple of pick up's, we were whisked off to the shopping centre. Gino gave us a running commentary on the history of the Bay Bridge as we passed over it, after 45 mins we arrived at the shopping centre, where we spent 4 hours. Personally, 4 hrs was a bit too long, but some people may need that long, if not longer!!!!

This tour should be a full day outlet trip because the winery trip is a waste of time. Only 1 winery and not much choices there. Spent more time driving there than being at the winery itself. Not impressed with the winery too.

I was a little disappointed in this trip. Driver arrived late to hotel but once we'd picked up other passengers we were on our way. Driver pointed out sights on the way but his accent was very strong he told us he was originally from Russia it was difficult to hear unless you were in the seats directly behind him. On reaching Vacaville he struggled to find the mall office to get our discount leaflet, however he eventually found it and we were given 4 hours to spend at the centre. Most of us agreed this was not enough time as I only managed to do the western half of the centre. The shops were great with some high end places, Michael Kors, Coach, DKNY, Kate Spade and Calvin Klein to name but a few and these offered genuine discounts on stock, well worth the visit. On arriving back at the van our driver advised us to go to subway for a sandwich as we wouldn't be stopping for lunch anywhere. We drove into the Napa Valley and stopped at Domain Chandon, I've been there before and was not impressed first time so was disappointed to be returning. We got an hour here and for me and a couple of others this could have been cut down. There are no tastings included in the trip and this is my biggest annoyance, the trip wasn't cheap, I paid almost 51 for basically a van ride out of the city. We drove back into San Francisco a different route taking us over the Golden Gate Bridge and a very quick 5 min photo stop under the bridge.

The shopping was great. Prices comparable with Australia considering pathetic exchange rate then there were the discounts which made it better.

Our driver was wonderful - he was so obliging - could not have done more to keep us happy_br/_
I researched the outlet mall and planned my visit so I could maximise the time available there_br/_
We were really looking forward to the winery visit but we were disappointed._br/_
It was pretty, but was a cross between a restaurant and a shop_br/_
Rather than go to the tasting bench and try the available wines and talk about them with educated winery employees and often the wine maker, you are seated at a table, you order your flight minimum cost of 30 per person tip for 4 wines. It is bought to you by a server who gives a brief description and then goes.

Great trip with driver expedition leader Phil Siegel.

Phil our guide organised that we met up every 2 hours to see if we wonted to spend more time shopping or not . Other all I think the 3 of us spent just over 3 hours shopping then we went wine tasting at Aresans vineyards. Enjoyable tour , informative guide. I might do the small group vineyards tour

The trip to the Outlet Shopping and the Winery was fun and interesting. The plus point was it was only a small group. The arrival and departure from our destinations were timely. The driver, Frank was friendly and provided an educated commentary. Perhaps we should have visited more than one winery when there are hundreds of wineries in the Napa Valley

So much fun! Loved the mall and winery! Great tour guide - Joseph. This was my second trip with the same tour company.

Excellent shopping tour, the outlets are huge and very cheap, we had about 4 hours shopping, but could have done with more time. The winery we stopped at in Sonoma was really beautiful, a lovely outlook over the vineyards. Our driver Anthony was fantastic, even driving around and taking our shopping bags from us to put in the bus, so we didn't have to carry them around. Would do it again.

Winery visit in only 45 minutes too short time.

The outing was amazing. The shopping was excellent. Our driver Joe was so informative and very friendly. He made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. The tour was so educational. Now, the vineyard left much to be desired. They were not friendly and did not educate on the different wines. Their main objective was to push their membership on you. How every disappointing. Other than the winery, the tour was great. Joe even stopped so we could visit with a local fruit vendor and we were able to buy some very delicious cherries. Thank you, Joe, for an incredible experience! (would have give the tour a 5+ if wasn't for the winery!)

this tour is for the shopaholics. There is not enough time to visit all the stores, but there is enough time to visit your favorites and find your treasures. Ours was a very small group and we were offered much flexibility to do what we wanted by extending our shopping time and then we chose a different on route winery to experience._br/_
We were pleased with the experience of this tour and would recommend you consider it if this is your interest. We will not likely repeat it having done it._br/_
Our driver guide was informative and very courteous making our trip with him enjoyable.

EXCELLENT for the Shopping, but I was not impress with the winery. Enjoy the stores and we had enough time do all we wanted, even though it was raining off and on. Will do this tour agian.

Generally fitted my travel plan - was unfortunate because of the weather. Too much rain and while on the way to Napes Valley, have to do multiple detour due to flooding. Perhaps, better road co-ordination would have make my trip more pleasant.

It was fine. The outlet stores are really good - so if you haven't been to them, this is an easy way to get there transport wise. We had 4 hours at the shops. The vineyard (Domaines Carneros) was nice too - great wines. I'd really only do this though if you want to shop and don't have a car. The scenery we saw wasn't anything special, and you don't go into Napa proper.

Joe the guide was very knowledgable (although he liked to hear his own voice)! Nothing was too much trouble and the day was first class

If it wasn't for the Bay Bridge closure and the traffic I would have rated this 5 stars_br/_
Plenty of time at the outlets. Jesse our Guide was awesome _br/_
Great value for money

Small group pick-up was great. Tour guide / driver gave us very good info about San Francisco, also when on our way back, also brought us to good photograph spot for the Golden Gate Bridge.
