The pick up was early however left late from where we are gathered. Overall, the experience was good.

Just the pick up hotel options are less. We had to go to a different hotel for being picked up otherwise the day was great. it includes a shared transfer to universal studios with a guide which tells you all about the universal studios and sentosa and provides you the ticket to universal studios._br/_ Universal studios was a experience of a lifetime Specially transformers ride.

Collection from the hotel was good and the transfer to Universal Studios was without incident. The site is small compared to the USA, the attraction queues were very long although this should expected with Chinese New Year a couple of days away. The site was very clean and there were plenty of restrooms and food outlets available. Unfortunately there was no street parade the day we went which was very disappointing also the Spielberg attraction was not operating due to a technical issue All things considered it was a disappointing visit.

Universal studios has a lot to offer for the advent adventure seeker and especially, the little ones. There were long queues for the top five thrilling rides but the queues seem unavoidable no matter the time you arrive. Nevertheless, this tour lived up to my expectations. We arrived well in time to be the first few to enter the Park and join in on all the fun of the following hours. It would just be advisable to read a little about the layout of the park in advance and decide which rides you absolutely want to do in case it starts raining and consequently, most of the outdoor rides are suspended due to hazardous weather conditions happened with us !

I did not recieve any information regarding entering the Universal Studios with E boucher or Paper boucher at the main gate of it. We were refused once at the main gate. And we were refused again at the Guest Service Center. They finally gave an information that Viator ticket change counter was at the basement. It was horrible experience in the middle of heavy raining and long queue. What's wrong with this?

Fantastic tour. we were picked up from our hotel and taken to the air conditioned coach that transferred us to Universal studios without having to worry about how we would get there on our own.

AWESOME!! From arriving at Sentosa and seeing the Universal 'ball' til we left, the day was exciting and full of adventure. A busy day so lines were long for the rides so unfortunately we missed out on some. Photo opportunities were awesome and well priced. Lots of eating possibilities. So much to see and experience. Loved it - love to do it again.

Unfortunately it was lightly raining all day when we went to Universal Studios. It didn't stop any of the rides or shows we wanted to see. We didn't think this was anything too much to rave about since we have done LA Universal Studios which we were blown away with as we did the VIP package in LA. There was more rides than anything else from what we saw and we basically had walked around the park in a couple of hours!
