Lambada 63' sail cat was the first new breed of day charter cats to arrive in St Maarten in 1996. The boats are very spacious areas with proper seating, a walk up bar and two toilets. There are two nets up front which guests prize as prime positions to sunbathe while sailing, and an angled ladder that is lowered in the front for effortless access and exit into the water when snorkeling.

Simply gorgeous, Prickly Pear is a great choice for families with kids as the boat anchors for the day in one spot with a nice long beach and shallow waters. This was an amazing day trip. The catamaran ride to Prickly Pear was an exciting part of the day's experience. The captain and his staff made it easy for everyone to have a great time by making all aboard feel relaxed and safe while serving snacks and drinks throughout the trip. Once at Prickly Pear, we enjoyed seeing a variety of underwater creatures while snorkeling using the provided equipment. We explored a bit of the beautiful beach, had a chance to swim in the crystal clear water, and sat under an umbrella taking in the beauty of the island. The included lunch at the restaurant was delicious and filling. We highly recommend taking this trip with Aquamania!

Great day of snorkeling. The crew was great and friendly. Its a great trip and takes about 7 hours. Good snorkeling and see a lot of fish. Served a good noon meal and get to lay on a wonderful beach. Will go back again. this is about our 8th trip on Lambada. Would recommend highly.

All day trip for 1 hour tops of snorkeling. Average views underwater. Ran out of food at lunch, had to settle for chicken instead of requested ribs. Lot of for what you got.

This was one trip you should not miss._br/_ The captain and his was absolutely amazing and fun to spend the day with. _br/_ Prickly pear was a nice little island to spend several hours on then _br/_ we stopped at another beautiful island bay on the way back to the marina.

Great and friendly staff. Everyone was nice and they brought drinks to where you were sitting. Open bar was awesome along with the snacks they served. The restaurant they brought us to in Anguilla served some excellent ribs. The staff recommended the fish but it was a bit different than what we expected.

It was an ok day trip. Prickly Pear beach was pretty and quiet. Lunch was provided by a few residents of Anguilla and was quite good. I had the chicken. While I did snorkel, I did not see anything but seaweed which was what a number of other guests stated also. Some said they saw a few fish but nothing to really talk about. Not sure if this was because it had just stopped raining right before we arrived. The crew was good and included the guests in hoisting up the sail. Men on the way out and women on the way back.

Great time! The Mahi Mahi was yum. Just missing rum cake for dessert at Prickly Pear. Even though it rained for a few minutes, wished we could have explore Anguilla.

We had a great time! The water was perfect and so was the weather! Not quite as much to do at the island but the staff had a great lunch prepared and the snorkeling was good! Best part was the interaction with the staff - they really made you feel welcome!

We had a GREAT time on this tour and, would recommend this for singles or families. The weather was nice the entire time. Our meal was excellent (the chicken and ribs combo). I enjoyed the snorkeling part of the trip. The crew was the best we've had. They worked real hard to make sure everyone had a great time. If we ever make it back we'll always do this tour.

Great trip to Prickly Pear. The crew was fantastic, lunch was delicious, and the ride on the Lambada was great. Snorkeling was so so._br/_ For those who read the other reviews - the boat drops anchor a ways from shore. Those who snorkel can snorkel to the beach. For those who don't, they will ferry you and everyone's stuff to the beach in the dinghy - it takes a while as the dighy is not that big. _br/_ To summarize, my wife and I had a good time and would do it again.

The crew onboard was excellent in rough waters. My complaint is with the ground transportation to and from hotels. It was very disorganized. we were directed to the wrong bus and when the error was detected we were put on public transportation to get back to the hotel. We did not feel safe.

This was the perfect day ! The boat was alot more spacious than I anticipated. We had plenty of room to move around and met many interesting people from all over the world. More than one group said they had been on this trip before. The crew was very attentive and made sure everyone had a great time. Even the lunch on the island was delicious. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

My family of 4 went on this day trip. Unfortunately due to the Full Moon the waves were too much for Prickly Pear, but the captain did take us to another reef for snorkeling and to a restaurant on Anguilla. Also, even though it was windy/cloudy/rainy, we still had a lot of fun. The crew is amazing; they are entertaining and really enjoy talking to their passengers. Never a dull moment :) Thank you for one of the best days at St Maarten!

Apsolutly had a blast. This was one of the highlights of our trip. The ship was awesome and the crew were great. They kept the party going with great music and a cold drink in your hand. The snacks were great as well. The lunch on Prickly Pear was fantastic, superb pork ribs and chicken. The beach was absolutely the best beach I've ever been to in my life as well.

From where we left, Simpson Bay, the boat ride was much too long in relation to how much time we had at PP....seems like we just got there had lunch and had to come back. Now if you don't mind a very nice catamaran ride to a destination you won't care. On the plus side, there was some time lost going because we came upon a school of dolphin and the captain stopped the boat so we could enjoy our new found friends.

The trip was fantastic. The ride was a bit rocky as we had just had a couple of days of rainy weather from the tail ends of a a hurricane. The crew was amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. The lunch was great and the beach was spectacular. I would go again!!

We had a great time. I went with my wife and 9-year old son. The trip was great, Prickly Pair was great, the lunch was great. The crew were great with my son and the boat was beautiful. I highly recommend this trip - good value for the money. Only one issue - really hard to find the marina - no signs! Luckily we bumped into someone who'd taken the trip and she directed down the stairways and through the halls to get to the check-in area. Signs please!!!!

Capt Pete and the crew were great. The weather was not the best in the morning but by the time we got to Prickly Pear it was great. They know the area well and made the trip a highlight of our vacation.
