The pick up and return was great. They took the worry out of the trip. I would highly recommend this transfer. There was only one issuue when we first arrived at the airport in st Thomas. The lady behind the desk at the airport was on an obvious personal call and stayed on the phone for about 15 minutes before helping us. I kept looking at my watch and when I started walking out the doors alone to see if I could find the driver and our cab, she started walking with us and showed us to the right driver. She never did get off the phone. It was awkward.

The transfer delivered everything promised...prompt pickup and return. It was an open-air shuttle one way and closed van the other way. In hindsight, I now realize that advance reservation for an airport transfer is unnecessary since taxis were easily available at both the airport and the resort, but I have no complaints with this service.

The bus was empty when I walked out of the airport, and it was very quick and easy._br/_ I had Carlos, for a driver and he was very personable and helpful._br/_ He allowed me to pull into a convenience store to grab something to drink for the ride, and I grabbed extra for the refrigerator in my room. I tipped him extra as I was NOT renting a car._br/_ The way back they were very prompt! I was so happy to have reliable service._br/_ The vans are all clean, air conditioned and the seat belts all work._br/_ The driver on the way to the airport was a grumpy and grouchy._br/_ Viator airport transport is something I would advise everyone to use._br/_ It is much cheaper then paying for a regular taxi....but the drivers still all deserve a tip._br/_ I am always a great tipper.

My wife and I selected this option because we did not want to leave finding transportation to chance. The drivers were very friendly and always on time. On our next trip, I would save some money and just take the next available taxi as all of this service is available and prices are set. This choice provided the confidence we wanted but will not be necessary in the future.

They were very good! They were there at the airport, and were there to pick me up to bring me back to the airport from my hotel. The only downside is that they pick you up from your hotel 2-3 hours before your flight, and the airport is only 15 minutes away from most places in St. Thomas. But given that you have to go through customs, and witnessing how slow customs operates I can understand why. I would definitely recommend them!

I prepaid for round trip for six people and luggage. We were crammed in with many other people who did not prepay and my granddaughters had to sit on laps. I specifically said when booking, checking in, and at the airport we were going to the COVE, still went to the REEF. Very unhappy!!! Return trip to the airport was worse. Again, all prepaid for six, arrived late, and did not have enough room for all of us. He picked people up at the REEF who did not prepay!! Will never use this service again and will put full review on Trip Advisor and any where else I can manage.

Good value and piece of mind both drivers nice. You could possibly pay less on your own both ways or at lease to hotel but you need cash and a Lil insight. I was pleased with arrangement. Viator agent helped with last minute arrangements.

Easy pick up both ways - driver was on time. It is an open air bus, and returning it was a little too full and very hot. It's easy to get private taxis from the hotels and they are air conditioned.

I found out during our stay in St. Thomas from many visitors that we paid double using your Transfer Agent: Tropical Tours, that the cost was Double the cab fares even considering bag charges. We had four people at a cost one way to the Marriott of 100 vs about 49 taxi. We used Tropical Tours both ways because we I had prepaid for the return trip. Costs for Cabs are very high in St. Thomas but this was even double. We feel cheated. My guess is you will not share this with customers but it had to be said.

Leon was an awesome driver/tour guide. I never expected for him to take the time to be a tour guide so it was definitely a treat. The ride to the airport was a breeze and I felt safe even while traveling on he winding road to Bolongo bay. Make sure to choose viator for your round trip service!
