Driver did not speak English, but this wasnt a problem. We always travel with our destination address information in the local language just in case. The driver didnt need it, he was completely prepared. Main office contacted driver while we were in route. He gave the phone to me and they confirmed departure information on the spot. Couldnt have asked for more.

They are not on time when we arrived and no Names of us in the airport arrivals so i have to ask the Tourism board area to page them and good thing after 15 minutes they arrived already and gave us three vehicles instead of the paid two vehicles.

My driver was not present when I arrived on time. My name was written on a clipboard for me to find, with a telephone number to call. Then I was asked where I was. Uh, I am in the Taipei airport where I have never been before. When the driver arrived after two calls, he led me to the taxi area, then went to get the car -- leaving me to wonder what was going on and whether I would be able to find him when he returned. The driver was speeding, talking on the phone, and flipping through a notebook on wet roads. If the point of this booking was to be relaxed and reassured on the final leg of a long journey, I had the opposite experience.

Edison Travel Service was wonderful. I communicated with Mike Lo via email before leaving the States. Our driver was waiting for us when we got through Immigration and Customs. We used Edison again for our transportation from the hotel back to the airport -- again, super reliable. There were 6 of us for the return to the airport. No problems. Very happy that Viator used Edison Travel Service. Thank you Mike! And, Taipei is a super place, as is Taiwan in general. We loved our 6 days there.

Booking this airport transfer was one of the best travel decisions we have ever made. Original plans were to take express rail to the city and a couple of MRT changes to our hotel. Due to an after-dark scheduled arrival, and this being our 1st Taipei visit, we opted for a bit less uncertainty. After the worst flight SFO-TPE we have EVER experienced including military contract carriers in the late 1960s-early 70s via major US airline, we were in dire straits when we landed in Taiwan. _br/_ We were greeted as we exited the arrival hall by a private transfer rep who cheerfully waited while we purchased a local sim card, and then escorted us to our waiting car. We were whisked to our hotel in short order and in great comfort. After the abject misery inflicted by the friendly skies, this ride into the city was the turn-around point in what would be a very fine visit. Yes, the transfer is a bit more expensive. However, especially for a late arrival after a long flight, it is worth every penny!

Excellent. Our flight into Taipei was 1 1/2 hours late due to bad weather but our driver was there to greet us and drive us safely on very wet roads to our hotel. He didn't speak much English but he clearly stated that it was OK to wait all that time._br/_ Well done.

Being by myself and flying into TPE for the first time, booking this transport through Viator was one of the best things I did before and during my first trip to Taiwan. The driver had a sign with my name on it and took me straight away to a very nice luxury sedan at the curb. He handled all of my luggage for me and had a bottle of water waiting for me in the car. It was completely worry- and hassle-free and exactly what I needed after a very crowded 16-hour flight. :
