My husband and I were very disappointed in this tour. The bus was nearly full when we arrived and ended up taking the last two seats in the back of the bus. We were told it would be a 30-minute wait for the next bus and decided to hop on. Our seats were uncomfortable and there was little air circulation in the back of the bus. Our view was obstructed and the English audio did not work. When we were finally able to change seats, we found the English audio was still not working. We were disappointed in the excursion and would not recommend it.

Good option to visit the city and if you purchase it through Viator, you save a few bucks compared to buying on site._br/_ The ticket includes a few useful freebies, like free entrance to the Man Museum and bus tickets to go to La Laguna historic town, very nice to visit and tapear ie, eat tapas and to go to the beach at Las Teresitas._br/_ Bus drivers and staff are very kind and eager to help._br/_ I recommend this tour!

Great tour. We definitely got to see more of the city than if we randomly walked around. I recommend going early as there are lots of great photography opportunities.

There were no problems at all with this tour. I was impressed that there were staff positioned to greet us and point us in the direction of the stop where we alighted from the ship shuttle.

We had trouble finding the starting point and had to walk quite far before we accidently found the stop. There should be better advertising as to where the stop was. The ear phone connections were not good. Someone needs to check the connections before accepting passengers... The drive around the city was good and I felt that we saw as much as we could. The bus was not busy as it had been in Gran Canaria and I felt that this was because of poor advertising.
