A nice tour, but I would of liked it better if the tour was just in English. The guide said everything in German and English and so as we drove by things I felt like by the time she said it in English we had already driven by it. Please have separate tours for different languages._br/_ I enjoyed the city of Vienna, though!

This tour was a disaster. First of all, we were promised a pickup from our Hotel, the Vienna Marriott. When the concierge called, we were told that no hotel pick is arranged as they were not informed of this requirement. After having a short flight from Frankfurt, we were not left with much time however, we took a cab to their pick up point advised on the telephone. A lady at their office, did not hear about the company mentioned in Viator voucher and asked us to contact the next office. It was the same with this office but they told us to contact the main office at the opposite side of the road. It was a very hot day and we walked across and while cross the road at the traffic light, there was alady staff having the company's uniform, who was kind enough to guide us to the bus. We took a comfortable seat just behind the Guide's seat. While on the tour, the Tour Guide, rudely asked us to vacate the seat as it was reserved for the Guide. We went several places and always seen the Guide's exclusive seat just on the right side of the drive where micorphone is connected. The guide does not get up from the seat and he just murmers on the microphone in two languages which nobody understands. Personally, I do not recommend this tour to any - please choose the tour with some other Company to take the full advantage of this historic tour.

The coach sightseeing tour was just fine but the boat ride of this trip was rather disappointing simply because there were no sights to see other than an awful lot of graffiti on the walls near to disembarking. I have been on a number of other river rides, where there are many_br/_ sights to see Paris, Dresden, Budapest, also part of the Danube,to name a few, but have not been on one where i took no photo's._br/_ However it is what it is .

Don and #39;t waste your time. Boring bus ride and double boring boat ride. My wife spent the time on the boat searching for a sharp sword I could use to commit Hari Kari_br/_ We both wanted to dive in and swim away _br/_ Honestly we would have been better spending the money on diesel and driving ourselves around._br/_ G

This was a combination bus-and-boat tour of Vienna, and nearly lasted to 4 hours. Pickup was at hour hotel Hotel Am Stephensplatz, in the center of the inner city. The pickup took us to a bus depot, where we boarded for a tour of Vienna highlights, heading towards where the river boats were waiting on the edge of the Danube.

It was in numerous languages, which was cool. But all from the same guy. So the entire tour, only about a quarter of it was what you can understand. And the boat was very hot, but it's what you get in late July. Still informative with nice views.

This was a good experience just getting into Vienna. The tour guide hit some highlights, but the bus driver went too fast past a few of the areas. The boat ride was nice and relaxing and the food on the boat was limited but tasty.

The boat trip was the best part of this tour. Didn't see much more of Vienna than we did using the underground. Very annoying to listen to three different languages and we were never quite sure if we were seeing the sights the tour guide was telling us about. Wouldn't recommend this trip .

Enjoyed the city tour and visit to Vienna Woods prior to our boat trip on the Danube. Our guide was very informative and even though he had to repeat his information in 3 languages he never missed any points of interest. Recommend this tour especially if your stay in Vienna is short.

Our group of 6 took the bus tour of Vienna which was followed by the boat cruise on the Danube. It was great to be picked up at our hotel to start the bus tour! On the other hand it was very difficult to understand our guide and we weren't sure if it was our guide or the sound system on the bus. We had the same issue on the boat cruise so overall the tour was a total disappointment.
