Also included is entry to the Sky Tower at Marina Mall, a glass viewing platform that offers wonderful views of Abu Dhabi, Corniche, Emirates Palace Hotel and the Arabian Gulf. A fantastic coverage of areas and sights. Unlimited free cold water all day. Lovely helpful staff. Disappointing that the dhow cruise was unavailable - the 40 minute yacht cruise was ok but a bit boring.

This tour promises a lot to new arrivals in the city. But interest quickly recedes as everything seems the same everywhere. Better commentary with more explanation and comments better timed to the location being experienced would be a big improvement.

Highly rated and a great way to get your first taste of Abu Dhabi - a spotlessly clean and beautifully designed and laid out city. The bus met the ship at the dockside and ran an exclusive return shuttle on the return leg. Staff were in attendance at every stop to offer help and advice if required and the audio commentary was both extremely informative and also of a very good audio quality. Plan carefully if you intend to include the Yas Island element because, depending on the amount of shore time available, the timetables of the two bus routes do not necessarily dovetail very well. We didn't think we would have time as we would have had too long to wait at the Grand Mosque for the connection. Don't miss the mosque by the way ! Highly recommend this tour with or without Yas.

I simply didnt know this was a thing in Abu Dhabi. Once I realised, I rollecup. The commentary seems to have lots of repeats, but aside from that it was an excellent way to orientate yourself to the city.

Great bus tour and lovely cruise on the river. Only down side, no shelter at the bus stop after getting off the boat and had to wait 20 min in the sun and heat for next bus. Other than that it was spot on.

This hop-on-hop-off was wonderful. I was happy to be relaxing and snapping photos rather than navigating a rental car or finding parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was grateful to find them stationed at the drop locations ready to answer all kinds of questions and assist with scheduling. Charlotte, Rachel and Kamal were fabulous helping me plan to see the most and be on time. One day is not enough time to do it all. I bought the two day ticket and could have easily used another day. Well worth the money.

Expensive compared to other bus tours around the world, but nice enough to see sights. Friendly staff and drivers. Water supplied and head phones. Ticket includes to of sky tower but that isn't as good as you may think - glass needs cleaning for a start. You also get a lot of discount vouchers.

Cruise ship in port meant that the bus was overfull and crowded. No information on the maps about what is at each stop. One stop was eliminated due to winds, but we weren't told, we had to ask how come he did not stop at the boats.

Great way to visit when you are a well organized traveller,price includes sky tower entry ticket and cruise so do both early in the morning then see the grand mosque,have lunch at mosque or mall 2stops later for a great food court with magnificent view of the city and beach.also stop to see father of the nation museum it's very interesting also.great value for your money and efficient staff.they even provide cold water as you wish.i definetly recommend,we always do this in major cities to get a fell of the place.

This tour showed you what there was to see in Abu Dhabi, which unfortunately not a lot unless your are into building sites.The included dow ride was restful and gives you a good view of the high rise buildings in the city. The mosque is magnificent and is a must to hop off. There was insufficient information given at the start of the tour and we missed the Sky Tower and because it was a national day some of the attractions were closed, this shoulld have been made known before we booked. By comparison to other hop on hop offs we have done it is over priced

We did not enjoy the Big Bus in Abu Dhabi as in a number of buses the audio system did not work. The wait times are too long and too unreliable. Staff members are pushy as they are trying to sell tickets to Ferrari World and thereby wasting everybody's time. The buses were overloaded with standing room only which contradicts what your tape's safety message relates.

The number of stops is vast and the area covered is vast however there were several malls within the stops. The Grand Mosque is a good starting point if you have a vehicle and want to park all day. The only other stop we did was the Sky Tower which was disappointing as it was a downward looking view rather than an expansive view of the Abu Dhabi skyline. We then walked across to take the cruise which was a waste of an hour as it is a limited view of the city centre of Abu Dhabi. Overall this was the worst of my experiences of the Hop-ON Hop-Off tours which is no fault of the actual tour or system but rather the subject matter. I have done similar things in Paris, Florence and London and found them to be excellent.

This Hop On Hop Off tour was a great way to get around Abu Dhabi and see the sights. Really enjoyed visiting the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Take some sub-block, it can get pretty hot when up top of the double-decker bus. And make sure you wear long loose clothing when visiting the mosque, otherwise you will need to wear a robe from head to toe, which you can get before entering the mosque. But a great way to see the sights of Abu Dhabi.

It is a relatively uninteresting tour and very overpriced for what it is! Frequency unlike other cities is not good and the Yas Island route does not meet easily with the main route. And it can be very hot so be prepared....

The tour was great and interesting, they give all the explanation in eight languages so there is no way you miss something about it. The buses are very punctual, however it would be nice if there were more (only 4) so the waiting time would be less.
