You will have the opportunity to discover the spectacular and lively metropolis of Dubai. The city, developed from a small fishing village at the Dubai Creek. Visit old Dubai museum, Abra crossing, Gold souk, Spice souk, Palm Jumeirah and get entrance to the world tallest building "Burj Khalifa" at the Top 124th floor observations deck.
You will have the opportunity to discover the spectacular and lively metropolis of Dubai. The city, developed from a small fishing village at the Dubai Creek, nowadays presents itself as a glamorous metropolis at the Arabian Gulf. Our visits starts with photo stops of some iconic hotels and the projects of Dubai, Burj Al Arab and The Palm Island with Atlantis Hotel respectively. Then we further proceed to awe-inspiring Grand Mosque of Jumeirah for a photo stop. Another highlight will follow: you will use the local water taxis, called “Abras”, to cross the Dubai Creek. Enjoy the spectacular view of the city while heading towards the district of Deira. Here you will be enchanted by the large variety of exotic spices in the famous Spice Souk. Lunch in town. On the way back to Abu Dhabi, pass by the region of Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower and the world's largest shopping mall “Dubai Mall”. A rise to the top of the Burj Khalifa 124th floor is included , you will admire the city from the skies .Free time for shopping in the mall, and return back to Abu Dhabi .
This tour was not what was advertised via Viator. It was an audio tour of Dubia. this is not what was advertised. We were escorted into a carpet shop and made to listen to a sales pitch. It was a small mini bus with no wifi as expected we didn't see the Grand Mosque of Jumeirah, we and the only other tour participants were all looking forward to the Spice Souk but we were told by the driver that this was not on the itinerary and even though we all wanted to go there we couldn'ty as the audio tape didn't allow for this in the prerecorded commentary. The 2 hours in the shopping mall consisted of 45 minutes as our other travellers had to be back at their hotel for a flight so we had to travel back early too! The advertised and promised lunch was also not provided. We had eaten a scant breakfast pick up 8am and we were very much looking forward to lunch but even though the tour guide acknowledged that our documents clearly stated lunch, he couldn't do anything about it as it wasn't included on the tour we were on. He did try several times to ring head office but each person he talked to told him to tell us 'no lunch will be provided'.

Our driver was nice and great. he picked us up ontime and drive safely. though his English is really hard to understand, he is trying to communicate with us.

This whole experience is more like a drive by tour because every stop is so short. It was just enough time to get off the shuttle and take a picture. There was no walk around time for the souk. Most importantly, confirming the tour was time consuming and even after confirmation, we still got drop off at a mall instead of back at the hotel. The driver barely speaks any English. I don't recommend it for anyone.

Terrible experience. Late picking up from hotel in morning after several calls to confirm, as told to do, and no one called back. Nothing to eat or drink until after 3:00 pm, though driver had large bottle of water for himself. Made a couple of unlisted stops on way to Dubai, but were told to get out and we had five or ten minutes with not much around. One place we went inside and a man tried to sell us very expensive rugs, that I'm sure the driver would get a kick-back from. Lunch, however after 3:00 was very good at Dubai mall. At end of trip driver refused to take one couple back to their hotel. They got off with me a two blocks away from my hotel because he was clueless. He told them it never said in any literature that they would be dropped back off at their hotel. I'll be curious to see if this review actually makes it online or will Viator pull it. Another friend went on this tour several days later and they also had a bad experience.

The tour driver was late 30-40 minutes, the tour guide Muhammad took us to his shopping, evidentially he was getting a profit from, isolated, and captive to sales practices and prices were 4-5 times what we saw at others and took our tour time. The route and schedule was changed several times, never the same story on schedule. Time wasted could have been time at world tallest building, etc. We were rushed the whole time.would not recommend

It was one of the memorable tours. my family thoroughly enjoyed it. the schedule was perfect and our tour guide Mr. Saad, was co-operative. I sincerely recommend this to people who want to visit Burj Khalifa, Gold Souq, Spice Souq with lunch and photstop in Atlantis, Burj Al Arab.

Could have been a lovely experience but it was far too rushed and our tour guide was in a rush to finish for the day walking off from the group. We had no time to enjoy the sights of dubai, malls or burj. There was a number of photostops which were limited to less than 5 mins! Experience ruined!!!

The trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for the day was good. Pickup was spot on time, driver very quietly spoken and efficient. Obviously the trip was based around a visit to 124th floor of Burj Khalifa and didn't disappoint. Lunch in the Mall was excellent as well as seved quickly. Time spent at the carpet factory was not needed and could have been left out. Items produced at places like this do not really fit into Western homes. More time maybe in the spice souk - at least a walk through instead of just the gold souk. The abra ride even though short was good. Local guide was worthwhile and informative._br/_ It is 9 years since I have been to Dubai and the changes are huge - even the Burj Khalifa wasn't finished back then._br/_ The trip covered a good amount of territory that I have previously been to years ago so I could compare the differences._br/_ Recommended as a day trip.

The tour was an amazing experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The driver was very welcoming and friendly, we had other people in our tour group couples from Argentina and a couple from Korea. Everyone was very friendly and considerate. The tour guide was called Mustafa and was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain all the activities for the day and explain the history of old and new UAE. He spoke several languages- Spanish, English and Arabic which was a definite advantage. As promised we went through all the activities on the itinerary throughout the day. My 10 year old son created a very close bond with Mustafa and he was very child friendly and included him in all the activities. The museum showed a good collection of traditional items and how items are made. The Burj Khalifa was an incredible experience for my son and he learnt a great deal, the water taxi ride was very nostalgic and the souks and spice bazaar took you back into time! The lunch at the hotel was lovely, the beach and mosque at Palm Jumeirah was brilliant to see. As the weather was very hot we didn't get to spend too much time everywhere and it would be nice to have had more time at the beach.

There was a situation when the driver pick us up at our Hotel, we arrive to the Museum and we discover that the Driver pick us up and it was not our Tour so we took the place of other guests staying at the same Hotel as we. The Tour Guy was really helpful on talking to the other Company and explaining them the situation so we were able to stay with him. He was really good on his explanation and the knowledge of the area and he was very helpful on taking us with the other Company so we can have our lunch that was not part of his tour as well as the entrance to Burj Khalifa.

Could have been perfect trip but they forgot to pick us up!_br/_ Sat in hotel lounge as advised from 7am only after the hotel contacting company did they finally arrived at 9am. Passengers said we had been forgotten turned back for us. trip was rushed with 45min in largest mall in world. So disappointed

Well the travel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai was very good, but the driver kept on telling us that he fired the tour guide and hopping to hire new one, to our surprise hen we arrived in Dubai the tour started very good, but during the day it went bad, the tour guide left us in a shopping mall for a long time, and we missed two visits from the promised itinerary and on top of that when the tour finished he just left without even saying a word, so we can see the conflict between the driver and the tour guide all the time.

Supposed to be an English speaking tour guide. Moesen tried but his English and talking speed made this VERY hard to understand. Tour does NOT even include a bottle of water---even though others had it listed on their confirmations. Our guide had to wait just like the general public in a long line at the Burd Kalifa---- no priority at all. Guide was non stop talking and never taking questions. Lots of walking involved also as the bus driver did not know where to park. He made several wrong turns and even pulled into the wrong hotels to pick up non-existent passengers! Not happy at all.

Liked this tour a lot. Dubai very busy and Kalhifa tower full of pushing people who want to take selfies. Guide excellent and very knowledgeable. Didn and #39;t really need to see a ski slope so didn and #39;t!

We were not lucky, traffic blocked part of Dubai due to visit of a Sheik from another country, so the tour went a little in a hurry, in total you need more time. Guide and driver were very good.

Picked up late, told by driver Kate because been at F1 after party until 3am, did not receive boat trip to old town, did not see gold and spice souk, told because of time would not give chance to see, we were left in mall of Emirates and told we would be picked up at 4. This is not the trip we booked

We were picked up at our hotel on time for a smooth ride into Dubai where we met our guide Sammy. He was very knowledgeable and charming. We saw everything while on our tour, no way could we have done it on our own.

We thorough enjoyed this tour and were most impressed that we were actually taken on the tour as we were the only customers. Because of this we were able to tailor our tour to suit ourselves, cutting out some of the things we didn't want to do. Our tour guide / driver was very good but we were very worried about him as he was fasting on the day he had to take us from Abu Dhabi and on the homeward journey he was not well and very dizzy. Thank goodness he had a guide with him who was training as he was able to take over the driving, otherwise we would have had to drive ourselves!! We felt extremely sorry for him having to drive us around on one of their religious holidays, especially because he was fasting. But, saying this, really good tour and it all ended well.
